Ordering online and noticed that different sizes than what I selected were put in my cart. Tried again to add the size I want but it keeps adding other sizes instead. I'm assuming that means the sizes I want are not in stock, but if I hadn't noticed I would have bought 4 shirts in sizes I did not want. Very sneaky. WATCH OUT. I am never ordering from here.

Kohl's is very sneaky, be aware especially if you're returning items. There is no transparency in their return policy. You don't get back what you have paid especially if you have earned Kohls cash and used it. They don't have much inventory in their stores, so they make you buy online. There is no Online Exchange either so you have to return in store. Their purchase receipts are not very transparent. Their order history don't show return value. They make you use your bonus cash 1st before applying coupons if there are any. Basically Kohls cash is a scandal to make you shop unnecessary items impulsively to rip you off. Any small or big department stores are much better than Kohl's. Kohls make you think you're saving $$ but in reality if you keep track of all details, you would realize they are ripping you off. It is good only for one purchase per 3-6 months plus also if not returning anything. For example, you bought an item A on-line, got some kohls cash on purchase A, you didn't get your item A delivered for at least 7-10 days but they give you only one week to use the Kohl's cash after the payment so you buy item B online impulsively using the kohls cash before item A arrives. For some reason you end up returning item A, Kohls give you less money back because you already used bonus cash. So now for whatever reason you have to return the item B as well, but you don't get your refund in real money value even though you returned everything. There is no transparency in the return policy. Store customer service won't explain if you ask for explanation while returning it, they pay back less with each return (with rolling kohls cash) instead of deducting your kohls cash balance even if you have unused amount left on your Kohl's account. I started shopping at Kohl's last year, few times this year I thought things didn't make sense but didn't dig in until last night and realized that they made me fool. I will go back to my usual online store now where there is good inventory, good price, easy convenient shopping, shipping and return with good customer service and most importantly no gimmick.

I placed an order yesterday 12/2 and today see that they are shipping it to the wrong address. I tried to cancel the order, but NO! you can't if it's more than 30 minutes. So I finally called and got an out-of-country call center, and the person tried to cancel the order, but couldn't, so opened a case and said that it would be resolved in 3 days and my Card would be refunded...so I tried again to place an order, and they CAN'T Identify the shipping address St Charles, MO. It is a good address!!! Why??Makes no sense.

They couldn't make it harder to return something. No button on the order page or the order confirmation email. You have to scroll to the bottom of the landing page, select 'returns', dig into FAQs and are sent to print out a form where you hand write your order information. This is RIDICULOUS. no major department store makes it this hard.

Placed an order online. Item came and was low quality. You can't enter an order number online and return it - "not found." So I guess I either have to take it back to a store or somehow figure out how to send it back. Their automated assistant is absolutely useless and to boot they also say they don't pay for return shipping. Never again...

The shipping address on my order was changed after the fact. Twice! There is no recourse either! Most unreliable website. Avoid them at all costs. On top of that the tracking data is always off by a few days. The package arrives much later than the tracking indicates.

Awful, you can't even cancel a order unless it's a half hour after it's made! Also I needed to change the name of the shipping address and they couldn't even do that. Crap experience ordering online from them.
