I ordered items off of Kohl's website they sent them to the wrong address and then they told me it would take 30 days for them to refund my money which time they only refunded me like a little bit at a time it was horrible they customer service sucks. I spent a lot of money on my order to have it held up like that was hell.

My sister gave me a beautiful sweater/coat for Christmas! It's completely gorgeous and I love it and planned on taking it with me early tomorrow morning for a week in Texas with my son and his family. However, your awful employee left the magnetic tag on! THANK YOU FOR RUINING MY CHRISTMAS AND MY WEEK IN TEXAS.

Junk website slow and faulty

I ordered 7 shirts on Nov 30th as Christmas presents and for a Disney trip. I reached out to the company on 12/13 and was told they couldn’t do anything until my last expected arrival date of my products… 12/14. I was also told i could get a refund or i could wait 6 more days “just in case my product showed up without tracking”. Fast forward to 12/20 magically the 6 days and i receive an email that my items are on their way… they have been sitting for the past 4 days with “label created” from UPS. What a joke. So they assumed no liability of getting me my product and gave me no options other than not getting my order. It’s Christmas eve an I still don’t have 5 out of 7 of my shirts and i will never be purchasing from this joke of a company again that clearly doesn’t care about their customers or their experience. Do your self a favor and pay the extra 5$ and save yourself the headache and disappointment. My kids are so sad they do not have part of their grandparents gift. Happy holidays kohls….

I have had great luck with Kohl's and every order came earlier than expected and the quality, size, and price was never an issue. I still shop there for all my work clothes especially.

I ordered a $200 leather coat on Dec. 18th as a Christmas gift for my mother from Kohls.com, I paid an extra shipping fee for expedited delivery before Dec. 25. The morning after ordering I received an e-mail stating my order had been shipped and would be delivered on Dec. 21. I took that e-mail at face value. Fast forward to Dec. 21 and my delivery never showed up, so after checking the tracking I find that my order was never even picked up by UPS. I then call Kohls customer support and I am told that my order was not shipped because it was out of stock. I never received any notification prior to this that my order was not on its way. I ask to cancel the order and be refunded in order to try to rush out and buy a gift at the last minute. I am told by the Kohls representative that it will take 6 days before I am able to cancel the order and I will have to call back in order to do so, then after that it will take 7 days to process the refund. Basically Kohls sold me an item under false pretenses as they never had the inventory that they charged me for and now they are holding my $200 and it will be at least 3 weeks from the day that I made my purchase before I can get my money back. At this point I'm not even sure that I will get a refund. This is company that engages in fraudulent practices. I have a feeling that they do this intentionally as means to falsify revenue reports as they are holding customers money for inventory that they do not have nor intend to ship. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND THEIR DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!

If I could give zero stars I would, I cancelled an online pick up order that cost $48.99 and received a giftcard for $20! They are robbing people blind, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!!

I ordered a shirt for a dying cancer patient to have a little joy to their life before they passed away. I was waiting on the delivery to go to the hospital to surprise them but it was delayed. She ended up passing away a few days later and I still haven’t received the shirt. She could barely talk but wanted a stranger things shirt and Kohls was the only location to have it. I’m very upset over this and I promise to my angel friend that I will NEVER shop at Kohls again.
