I purchased the item on sale on Kohls.com. They kept my order in suspense for 3 days until the end of the sale, and they canceled my order the day when price went up! I can't believe it, how can they get away with that? Horrid!!!

sign in store said buy one suitcase get second one 50% off. Purchased 2 suitcases, they refused to take 50% off second suitcase because they were one clearance. I explained that I knew they were on clearance, but they were all on the shelf with the sign clearly stating second suitcase 50% off. Cashier said that was the rule, manager said that was the rule. I said that is deceptive and fraudulent advertising and it is not the first time this has happened at Kohls. Will not be shopping at any Kohls again. Rip off, deceptive practices, fraud.

Returned a robe that was a gift without a receipt. They said I could either receive $8.00 for return or find a robe that was exactly the same price. I found the exact robe in a different size (what I wanted) but they wouldn't honor the exchange because it was on Clearance. Huh? It was the same robe! Why not just exchange it. This is why the store is tanking. They need to get rid of all these convoluted rules and games and promos and policies and just do business.

Ordered merchandise back in early November, it's the end of December. Still haven't received my stuff. Tracking says it is on its way back to Kohls. They refuse to refund my money until I wait 30 MORE days. They placate me with $5 Kohls Cash. Where's my refund?! When are they going to get their act together?

There kohls cash is as phony as kohls it self. I can't believe they screw peop9le this way and get aways with it. People sure are dumb.

Kohls is diving downhill fast. They changed their website so you are unable to see your transactions when you go into your account. You can only see the ones on your last statement. I tried reaching out to them via "ask us" on their website as I wanted to see if some returns had been processed. It was so obvious that my question was answered by someone that doesn't understand English whatsoever! Stupid answer that didn't even make any sense and didn't apply to the question either! DONE with Kohls after all these years!!!

Terrible customer service, placed an order Dec 8th. Tracking shows sent back to sender. Talked to CS last week and was told she would send me $10 in kohls cash for inconvenience. Never got it, called today and she said they rcvd the pkg back on the 16th, it was undeliverable due to house vacant! She said notes say $5 in kohls cash and I told her CS rep said $10. Got it and it's for $5. and can't get my sweater either. They need to ship fed ex or UPS only and not hand off to USPS.

WILL NEVER SHOP AT KOHLS AGAIN. Went to return a hoodie that i paid $24.99 for which I purchased for my husband that did not fit and the total amount of the purchase was $95.70 which I received $10.00 kohls cash and was told was told because I used the kohls cash on another order place after this transaction that I would only receive $14.99 back in cash. So you receive $10 kohls cash for every $50.00 spent and I spent $95.70 which is more than the $50.00 needed to get $10.00 kohls cash. If I never purchased the hoodie i still would have received the $10.00 kohls cash, i find it amazing how kohls has found new ways the rip customer off. AND I WILL TELL ANYONE WHO WILL LISTEN TO BEWARE OF HOW KOHL'S WILL RIP YOU OFF. I AM SURE KOHLS WILL NOT EVEN READ THIS
