I always buy the same jeans. The cut this time is terrible. I live an hour away from a Kohls and purchased online. Now I have to drive to return them because I would have to pay shipping back and I paid shipping when I first purchased. This store has gone downhill for years. I'm done.

Wouldn’t recommend kohls in Greeley! Horrible customer service even worse management! Who cares where the manager transferred from! We’re not in Westminster! I bet the store there runs better since you’re gone!

I ordered a pair of shoes from Kohls and after waiting a week to get them I got an email on the 7th day saying they were cancelling my order as they no longer have that size available. You would think they would have known this when I ordered or much quicker that 7 days. Customer service was a long wait and were very unhelpful.

I placed an order on kohls.com and I wish to exchange it. There is virtually no exchange process other than going directly into a store. Which you won’t know if they have your size or not. I talked with three different Indian customer service reps that I could barely understand. Therefore I am going to return the item and Mark Kohl’s off my list of places to shop in person or online. Horrible, horrible customer experience. In reading the reviews, I don’t know how they can sustain with this kind of customer service process.

I don't know who is ordering the women's clothing, but I swear it looks like the 1950's hand me downs. What woman would even wear this? There are millions of different needs for women who must dress appropriately and professionally for their jobs. That is not what is happening here at Kohl's. It looks like the clothes came from WWII used clothing stores. I don't want to be rude. I just want to let people know that until Kohl's changes their products, your company will continue to lose massive customers. I have shopped at Kohl's for many years and I truly do hope that your company will reevaluate their products.

If I could give a no star I would! The location in Tulsa has a horrible check out process. There is a line but 75% of the people are just walking up and standing in line behind people regardless of the line that is obviously there. When I decided to just as others were doing since I was tired of waiting 10-15 min in-line, they stopped me and had a problem with it all of a sudden. The cashier lady says to me this is returns only. I look at the next people in line and they were there for check out. LoL. I ask for the manager and the manager backed the decision of the cashier to keep checking out the people who just showed up in line. They continued to ignore all of us in line which was about 25 people by that time. I asked to speak to the manager and she walked away.

Hate kohls. Scams my gift card from my account wallet $100 now was $0, not recommended, before buying stop and thinking......No star I have had kohls $100 gift card was loaded on my kohls account, after one week or later on. There was $0 gift card left on my kohls account that I didn't use it to buy anything. Someone stolen my gift card?

Am a Kohl's Card Member. After trying to find my size 36/30 for 10 minutes, noticed the sale price was 48 and change but now that I didn't honor my 20% discount. Kohl's isn't the same, lousy selection, messy stores, massive left over crap in the aisles. I used to praise Kohl's, now they aren't worth visiting.
