The cost of the item are so elevated they try and trick you into thinking you’re getting a good deal with the discounts. The fact is you are paying more for most things. I have compare kohls to Macys and Target. It’s time to do a better job shopping and actually getting ourselves the best deal and that is not going to happening if we blindly shop Kohls!

Terrible service and in a way seems very prejudiced on not being helped at store 0257 @ID 999-9669-7684-7889-9742-4012 and when asked for a little bigger bag to hold some other items it was denied…..because why I have pigment in my skin?? Terrible

Kohl's will not let you change your due date period even if you are not behind per agent in supervisor. Ridiculous!!! Trying to change my due date from the 22nd to the 28th of each month. The day I get payed.

Hi I'm so sorry for giving 2 stars but I'm compelled to do so by kohls system. The sore is really good, all overpriced though, but fine but the payment system is so frustrating. I trief to pay over the phone and I was given a confirmation no. I was relaxed but after two days I checked nd the payment was still there in my account. So I called again and eventually I am now left with the options that either I visit the store even I feel good or not OR I keep trying for 2 or 3 times to pay and to check because if I don't my credit gets hurt. Please try to fix your system. You saying sorry doesn't fix my credit score. Thankyou

I recently ordered two shirts from Kohl's that were on clearance for $11.52 each. When I got the email confirmation, they had charged me $29.99 each! When I called CS, the operator initially told me that my color was not on sale. When I proved that it WAS on sale, she then tried to fob me off by offering to refund the difference in the form of "Kohl's cash"! I said "NO, I want the refund to my credit card!" She said, "Sorry, I can't do that." What a crock! When I threatened to contact my credit card company and stop payment, she finally agreed to credit my card (after putting me on hold a second time), which is why I'm giving two stars. I'll be very careful about ordering online from Kohl's again.

Every time I go to the store on N Valle Verde, there is always something going wrong. This time the cashier said that her computer froze and they would have to ring everything up again. The second time coming up for a cheaper price. Well, my kohls card was charged twice and what makes it worse is the two different prices and we all know how it makes it look. Apparently, according to customer service on the phone, she had charged me twice for a handbag. Double charging happens a lot at this store and I warn anyone who shops there to give your items one at a time and watch closely. I feel that by doing this, employees can then take items out of inventory at a later time for themselves. And if they say the computer froze, just gather everything and go straight to customer service desk. Do Not let them ring you up again.
