Kohl’s has the worst website and app. It doesn’t load correctly hard time signing in tracking orders it doesn’t give much information except label created but looks like it doesn’t ship. It takes forever to load page and it doesn’t matter what browser you use.you need to stop all the pop ups and crap that tries to load to page that’s why it doesn’t load properly to busy try to track.

I ordered a gift online for my mom during this last Kohls cash rewards. My husband and I, along with our two small children, had spent 756.00 at the store in Nashville, Tn getting dress clothes for an out of town wedding. We earned 110.00 in kohl’s cash. I used it for an early Mother’s Day present for my mom because she is 81 and a retired teacher, and my best friend and she also burned her hand severely putting out a fire on her 110 acre farm before the fire department arrived. I ordered her a comfy lawn chair with my Kohl’s cash. I did not change my old address since college and did not think about it until after I ordered the 120.00 chair. I contacted customer service, apologized for not being more tech savvy and so forth and the woman on the chat repeatedly said I should have not done what I had done, even though the mistake I made is in their common mistake section in the help area. She did not help me at all snd was quite rude even though I kept apologizing and was very nice and had just spent 756.00 at their store. She asked if my mom could possibly go to the address I shipped it to, which is in another state and 6 hours away, and get it!!!!!!! I did some investigating and the Kohls Corp apparently has disappointed quite a few people. I will never shop there again and I come from a large family with lots of friends that listen to one another and they too are spreading the word. Boo on you Kohls. And shame on you.

I tried paying on bill on the phone. Was not able to. I would like for the CEO to change back to pay on line. I don’t want kohl’s to keep my debit card information. Or I’am going to have to cancel my credit card. I will not drive across town to pay my bill in the store. A lot of customers are having the same issue. Not worth it.

It's the sad decline of what used to be my favorite store. For years I bought most of my clothes there. Last year I needed a dress shirt for a funeral, they had nothing. Used to be a great assortment in cubes. Gone. This year I needed croft and barrows long and short sleeve polos. Gone. It's there own label. Whole assortment is pricey and messy, but thank god they have electronics and a giant sephora section! I assume sephora pays rent to help keep the company afloat. This store is unrecognizable and has nothing I need anymore. Sad

I was asked if I wanted to use my card I said no paid cash my card was charged anyways and ended up with a 30 day late charge against my credit

ordered 15 size slipper they sent size 12 returned to kohls store at 175 Postage Cir, Pickerington, OH 43147 refunded price of slipper would not refund shipping fee. this came from the manager .

Kohl's used to be my to go store but not anymore. They used to have really nice looking clothes back when they had Jennifer Lopez, Elle, apt 9, and similar. They changed it all with clothes I wouldn't take if they gave it for free. Stores look trashy now and it's mostly because of ugly clothing they now sell Plus they brought in Sephora which is waste of their square footage in my opinion.
