Kohls has killed the shopping experience for me. They changed the store layout and they reduced their brand selection. The previous brands were awesome, I have no idea why they changed to their current offerrings. If it ain't broke dont fix it. Whoever muddled with the previous store layout structure and brand offerings broke something that didn't need to be tampered with.

Kohl's has updated a payment process. They no longer accept debit cards as payments. No notice went out to customers that we can no longer pay by debit card. You can only pay by either entering your checking account information on line or going into the store. Be warned if you get charged a late fee due to the companies error by not giving their customers fair warning l.

I have been a Kohls customer for years. I have had problems ordering online 2 times and when I called customer service to tell them they locked me out of my account. Customer service said it is a bad connection on my computer and when they send me a new password reset it will not reset and the lady says she can't do anything to help. I ordered from Amazon and chewy 2 times a week and never have a problem. So I can't get into my account to get my Kohls cash, so I am going to return my items in person and close my account. Today business do not care anything about customers. But if you do read the reviews, most of them are bad

Kohls was always my go to for men’s clothes. Obvious that clothes is no longer their focus. Their main focus in men’s is Tommy Hilfiger that went out in the 90’s. Appears they have decided to be a make up store. Won’t be back.

BEWARE OF SCAM EMAIL: ⌥⎋⌥ 𝖪𝟢𝖧𝖫𝖲 𝖶𝖨𝖭𝖭𝖤𝖱 ⌥⎋⌥ I received this email stating I'd won a FREE Ninja Air Fryer. When I proceeded to claim it, it wasn't free. As I suspected, you have to pay S & H fees. However, I was surprised they were less than $10 for a fryer valued much higher, so I provided my credit card info for payment. This was followed by more of the same emails. I never received the fryer, and realized I'd been scammed. If they dare charge my credit card, I will be filing complaints against them with the BBB and other governing agencies. Kohls has also lost me as a customer in the future. I will never shop there, again! SHAME ON THEM for engaging in online scams against their customers!

If you want to be bombarded with ads and specials just open a Kohl's account. Their advertising is uncontrollable. I asked them to stop sending me ads, specials, discounts, no less than TEN TIMES! Today I received 4 emails before lunch. I just closed my account and cut up the card. I hope it's the last I ever hear from them!

Sent part of my order to Texas to pick up and I live in Florida. Isn’t even my home store and they won’t correct it and put it with then other 3 items that were shipped to my house and I order weekly from Kohl’s!

Company Carries many name brand / designer clothes with a small exception. Most clothes are marked down to small blemishes in the fabric. But you get name brand for at least half the price 😃
