I tried to place an order for a birthday gift. The website kept stopping me dead in my tracks from proceeding. I dont need this aggravation when trying to spend my money with this company.. Hire an internet sales manager who knows what he or she is doing, or just pull down the website.

My most recent experience with kohls.com. 2 packages not received. Mark as delivered. Not delivered to me. Kohls.com customer service told me to open a dispute with my credit card. I was a loyal customer. I’m done with them. So many other places to shop online.

Apparently when Kohl's sends your order to a store in a different state, all customer service can do to help you is cancel your order. I did that and my item was sold out in my size. I recommend Kohl's figures out how to help customers. Obviously, cancelling the order for me was not very helpful.

Ordered a blue backpack online and received a green one. Should be easy to fix, right? But no, I waste over 30 mins on the phone trying to get this resolved and best they can do is I either go to a store (I don't have a car and there's not a store super close by) or I spend $10 of my own money to ship the item back. They offered me Kohl's cash, but I'm never shopping here again. What kind of large retail company can't send you a prepaid return shipping label for their own mistake? I do not recommend shopping online with this company because they will not correct their mistakes.

One star is above actual rating I would give. Kohl's would NOT honor their coupon for one day 40% off. I have since called and CLOSED our account. They have no intentions on honoring their coupons.

Lady cashier, at Desert Ridge, Phoenix store, point blank lied when asking about this. Bought shirt using the Kohls cash. Shirt on sale $18; however, with Kohl's cash, the price of the shirt is raised to $30. Have spent a good deal at Kohls. The perc off is good; the kohls cash is very misleading!

I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING I ORDERED .I WAS GIVEN THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR UPS. I PERSONALLY WENT TO UPS AND WAS TOLD THEY DID NOT RECEIVE MY ORDER. UPS SPENT 30 MINUTES TRYING TO SEE IF THEY( UPS) MADE A MISTAKE BUT NOTHING UNDER THE TRACKING NUMBER AND SEE IF THERE WAS ANYTHING UNDER MY NAME. AT LEAST UPS WAS KIND,SPENT TIME TRYING ANYTHING EVEN UNDER MY NAME. I ALSO GAVE UPS MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. NOT ONE THING.BUT I WILL PAY THE BLANKITY BLANK BILL TO PROTECT MY CREDIT.
