I was easily able to locate and order the item I wanted and completed the purchase. When I tried to log off/sign out the link to do so was NOT easily available. Most websites make it easily accessible. I had to try using the Chat box which kept asking if I needed help signing in, after 2 tries saying "no" I found the Customer service number. The agent was polite and helpful though I am not sure he understood the issue. However during the call as I continued to scroll through the page I was continually defaulted to, I found the link at the very bottom of the page, which took about 6 rolls of my mouse roller to perform. In short, much more laborious than this needed to be.

Kohl's is the most difficult company in…
Kohl's is the most difficult company in the business to deal with. You need two different passwords - one for shopping, the other to pay on your account.
On the statement there is no description of the items purchased and it's very hard to figure out what is what.
In spite of that, they do have a lot to offer and good prices. Especially on sales.
Today a customer service rep named Van helped me and he was very good. Give him a raise! No complaints about him.
But I stand by my comment that Kohl's is the most difficult company to deal with

Three Calls, Endless Explanations, and Still Waiting for a $10.65 Refund
I had to call Kohl’s customer service three times about a missing $10.65 refund, and the experience was unbelievably frustrating.
Here is the background. I made a purchase and received $10 in Kohl’s Cash. I later used that $10 Kohl’s Cash on a second purchase. When the first purchase was returned, Kohl’s deducted the $10 Kohl’s Cash, plus the related sales tax, from my refund. I understood the reason: at that point, I had already used the Kohl’s Cash on another purchase.
However, I then returned the second purchase as well. Once that purchase was returned, the $10 Kohl’s Cash no longer benefited me on any purchase. Logically, the $10 plus the corresponding tax—$10.65 total—should have been automatically restored to the refund for my first purchase without the customer having to make a phone call.
Apparently, getting Kohl’s to understand and correct this was far more difficult than it should have been.
The first associate simply could not follow the logic. He repeatedly insisted that I had earned $10 in Kohl’s Cash on my first purchase, apparently implying either that there was no missing refund or that the missing amount was only $10. His reasoning simply did not make sense. When I tried to explain the logic, he would not listen and instead kept repeating his own reasoning to persuade me. I finally asked for a reference number so I could end the call. Even as I was trying to end the conversation, he continued repeating the same argument.
The second associate repeatedly recounted the entire sequence of purchases and returns, as though explaining facts I had already clearly described. He went over the same story numerous times, put me on hold several times, and the call lasted a very long time. Eventually, he told me to go to the store and have the store call customer service so I could receive Kohl’s Cash, store credit, or possibly a refund—he was not even sure exactly what. According to him, he could not process the refund in the system, and the store should have resolved the issue when I returned the second purchase.
I explained that when I went to the store a few weeks earlier, it could not even see my first purchase in its system, could not resolve the problem, and gave me the customer service number to call. In other words, customer service sent me back to the very place that had already told me to contact customer service.
I called a third time. This associate also repeated the purchase-and-return history, although thankfully not as many times as the second associate. She then spoke at length about refund processing times and referred to several different dates, including the date the second purchase was returned. I could not follow her explanation because some of the dates did not match my records. I had to slow her down and give her the dates from my own records so we could determine whether they matched what she was seeing.
Finally, I stopped trying to decipher the explanation and asked a very direct question: “When do you expect me to receive the refund?” She then gave me a rough date by which the missing refund was supposed to appear.
Let’s hope it actually materializes.
The issue itself is not complicated: Kohl’s reduced my first refund because I had used the Kohl’s Cash on a second purchase. But once the second purchase was also returned, getting the full refund for the first purchase became an exhausting ordeal. Three calls, long holds, contradictory instructions, circular referrals between the store and customer service, and endless repetition of a transaction history I already understood—repetition that did nothing to address the actual issue—all over $10.65.
A refund system should not be this difficult to understand, and customers should not have to repeatedly explain Kohl’s own Kohl’s Cash and refund logic to Kohl’s customer service representatives.

I purchased a pair of women's pants…
I purchased a pair of women's pants online and went to the store to return. I had no receipt because it was an online purchase. The clerk was not at all helpful. She tried to find the order using my phone number and then the card I had used. She said nothing came up as a match. How does that happen? I had the original packaging with the code said that doesn't help. She said that without receipt which I never received She could issue a refund for $2.19 for a 45 dollar purchase. Absolutely no help. Needless to say I will never shop at Kohls again .
