There is one thing Kohls is well known for in our household, shipping ALWAYS taking much longer than what you’re told it will take. I know, they aren’t responsible right? Well they have continued to use the same worthless company for years, FEDEX. Yes, they have some responsibility in this as they could certainly use someone else! Once again, my order will be at least an additional 5 days longer!

Ordered a king set of sheets and received a used flat sheet in a bag! Online chat is a joke. Would not give me a corporate email to send a complaint. Now I have to make a trip to the store to return. No accountability for poor service.

WISH I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO. I ORDERED A COMFORTER SET FROM THEM. NO SHAMS FOR MY PILLOWS. MY ORDERS HAVE BEEN LATE. MIRE LATE THAN EVER B4-NO MORE ORDERING A COMFORTER SET FROM THEM NO MORE. VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THEM.

I love the employees at Khols in Cleveland. They are absolutely great. Never had a problem with them. Just wanted to say thanks.

I ordered some shirts that had to be sent to my home address. I never received the shirts. I spoke with someone at Kohls, and said that I wanted the money back,cand the $5 Kohls reward that I used on the purchase. To this day 3 weeks later I still have not received my refund or the $5 reward back. Stay away from Kohl's! You never have this type of problem with JCP! I am done shopping at Kohl's after this. Goodbye Kohl's!

0 stars, actually. I accidentally placed an order to ship to the wrong address - only time in over 15 years. Within 24 hrs I chatted with them and they said their intercept shipping process would get all the packages back, but my refund wouldn't be processed until the packages were intercepted. Also, I had to replace my order while still being charged for the first shipment. The next day, the rest of the packages were still shipped, even though they weren't supposed to. I chatted with them again and they said it was ok, if any packages were delivered, I could keep them and I would still get a full refund since their intercept process didn't work. These packages were sent to rural Maine, where there isn't a Kohls for hours. Two days later, the first two packages were delivered, so I chatted with Kohls again and they confirmed we could keep any delivered packages since the intercept process didn't work and the pkgs did not need to be shipped back to get the refund. I had to wait until all pkgs were delivered, or intercepted to get the refund. The last pkg was lost in Pennsylvania, so I chatted with Kohls. They said the last pkg was refunded, but I had to return all the delivered items to get the refund. I escalated to a manager, who said the same thing, so they escalated it further and I got a response almost instantly that I had to return everything to get the refund. I have been a Kohls card holder and shopper for over 15 years and this lost all my trust. I have never had so many shipping issues, nor 3 associates telling me I'd get a full refund and could keep the items, for them to change the script when it was time to honor their one-time exception for a "loyal customer". I asked the manager how they would reimburse us for shipping the packages back through the mail since we were told to keep them (in Maine - I live in Colorado), and had to pay shipping or drive over an hour to get to a Kohls, and they offered no reimbursement. Their shipping intercept process doesn't work at all. Don't trust anything they say, from instructions to replace your order, to you can keep the items, to you'll get a full refund, to being responsible for shipping charges. Don't get their credit card. Don't shop there. They lost me as a customer and card holder.

I’m pretty sure I am done shopping at Kohl’s. I just let $30 Kohl’s cash go to waste. I always forget to use it. They jack their prices up and offer Kohls cash to make up for the higher prices to keep getting people to come back and shop. Only reason I shop there is because of the convenience. Tired of the games they play with their “sales” and Kohl’s cash. I will drive further and go to Target. The Kohls cash should also be taken off AFTER the coupon is applied if you have one. Done playing games.
