I ordered a 5 piece outside furniture set mid June. Was supposed to arrive within a week. After 3 weeks I called customer service and told them I never received the item. They came back and said that furniture is no longer available. I never received an email stating that. I told customer service want my money back. I then asked to speak to a manager, waited at least 20 mins or more on the phone to talk to a manager. He assured me that I would get a refund within 7 to 10 business days. A week later I received an email stating that they accepted my request for a refund and would put the money back in my account that I paid from. Now 14 days have passed and I contacted customer service again. Went through the whole issue again. Customer service then told me that she's sorry for the inconvenience but you will receive the money within 7 to 14 days. Asked again to speak with a manager and after waiting 30 minutes the call got disconnected. I highly recommend do not order furniture or any large items from Kohls. They are very unreliable and just try to get you off the phone as fast as they can with telling you lies. I will not be going to Kohl's or ordering from them again.

The chat option is just terrible. Just trying to get it to an agent was awful. Finally the chat would ask if I wanted to talk to an agent. I would say yes. Chat would ask for my name and email and order number. I went and put in my order number and it ask all the questions again. Then it said an agent would be on shortly. Then it asked me it i wanted to talk to an agent again and all the questions. I've never had good luck with chat. This is not the first time trying to use it.

Horrendous. Placed order a week ago. Automated system saying order not recognized. Customer service saying conflicting things. Says order in fulfillment for 5 days. Customer service blaming store and store blaming customer service. Better options out there than waste time dealing with this.

I went into the khols store in west ashley, charleston sc this morning to do amazon returns. i had about 20 coloring books and two other items to return. It was about 10 am and no one was on line. The cust serv rep says i will be right with you and when she looked at the coloring books I had on the counter she says "don't tell me these are all seperate returns" I said they are and that amazon does not let you do multiple returns, which I wish they did. I had everything in order, with all the returns/scanned in order in each book. As she was doing the returns, she than says" this is why people should just shop at stores and not online". I said to her that the stores in this area are terrible and they do not have the coloring books my grandkids like, and I stated these were very popular books. She said, "I can tell by all the ones you are returning", WFT! she then went and said, I should just to Barnes and Noble and buy my books there. Really Kohls, please have a talk to this woman and your staff, I have never felt so uncomfortable as I did in this situation. I had more returns in my car that i was going to return later in the day, and now I am just going to return them to wholefood. I was going to shop and use the 25 off coupons, but was so turned off this women I just did not want to spend any money at this store. You should hire people who appreciate that they have a job and keep their thoughts to themselves

I want to give fair warning to anyone who purchases Sephora items from Kohls to JUST DON’T DO IT! I purchased an 8.8 full-size tube of Kiel’s Facial Fuel that arrived with an expiration date of this month. Since it contains sunscreen, it’s not good to use past the expiration date. I offered to take this to the UPS store to return if they would give me a prepaid label, but they refused. My only option is to take it to a store, stand in line and get my money back. I don’t understand why it’s my responsibility to fix their mistake. I spoke with a supervisor and they said there’s nothing they can do. I’ve been a Kohls customer since they opened their first store in Louisville, Kentucky, and I will never spend another dime with them. I had the supervisor close my account. That’s really a great business strategy to lose all future business because of the unwillingness to send a UPS shipping label that would probably only cost them five dollar in shipping charges. I even emailed photos to the supervisor to prove that I’m not lying, but they didn’t budge. Now I see why they have such terrible reviews. Live and learn.

Kohl’s is a criminal enterprise. I PAID for expedited shipping on an order and it never shipped. Customer service is useless and they all lie. Stay away from this crooked company. I found that Target is better because at LEAST they SHIP your orders! I won’t do any more business with this schlock shop!!!!

We visited the Kohl’s at Princess Anne yesterday and we left genuinely shocked by how far this location has declined. Our family has shopped at Kohl’s for years, and I’ve never seen a store in this level of disarray. The shoe department was the first red flag — nearly four aisles had trash scattered everywhere. Not just a few items out of place, but actual debris on the floor, boxes opened, and merchandise tossed around. It looked completely neglected, and there wasn’t a single associate on the floor to ask for help or even to report the condition to. The bathroom was even worse. It resembled something you’d expect in a neglected public facility, not a major retail store. There was toilet paper all over the floor, overflowing trash, and an overall lack of cleanliness that made it feel unsanitary. It was honestly embarrassing for a store of this size and reputation. What made the experience even more frustrating was the absence of staff. No one was available to assist, answer questions, or even acknowledge customers. It felt like the store was running without any oversight or pride in its appearance. This location used to be reliable, but based on what I saw, it has truly declined. The store needs serious attention — from staffing to cleanliness to basic upkeep. I hope Kohl’s corporate steps in, because customers deserve better than what this location is currently offering.
