Purchased a Citzens Watch for my wife at Xmas. I saw that they (Kohl's) offered free sizing of the watch band at any Kohl's location. Went to a near by store and was told that this service is no longer available. I called & spoke to a CSR (off shore) and was told that the service is no longer available. I then got a email asking for a review of my experience with Customer Service. When I tried to write a negative review, their site would take the review. Terrible Customer service. advise all try a different store Macy's, Nordstroms or Belk etc.

I tried to place an order on line and it wasn't working then asked r u a robot ✔️ the box no then start showing pic put the bus pick the bike so did then it kept going back to the beginning so i called the store they tell me we don't have anything with online orders so they gave me customer service number and they tell me i have to have a Kohl's credit card in order to place an order y didn't u say that at first bad business don't waste your time i will b calling the better business on them they have my info then wouldn't let it go thru sounds like a Scam calling my bank to shut the card down and i will b reporting this

Twice in a row they have cancelled my order. Please don't show an item on your website as available if it really is not. They accepted my order and then cancelled. Very disappointed in Kohls.

KOHL’S NEEDS TO HIRE NEW CEO, BUYERS OR WHATEVER! I’VE SHOPPED WITH THEM ALONG TIME! IN THE LAST FEW YEARS, THEY ARE EQUAL TO THE OLD K MART! THEIR SELECTION OF CLOTHES, WOMEN, MEN, YOUNG ADULTS ARE CHEAP AN OUTDATED & UGLY! THE STORE SEEMS TO FILL IT WITH UNNECESSARY JUNK! I WISH THEY WOULD INVEST IN DESIGNER ITEMS! THEY ARE, ALSO, EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE ON ALL THEIR ITEMS!!!

delivered DAMAGED/broken/shattered - glass candle sent in a plastic shipping bag wrapped in bubble wrap! What brain thought that was going to survive!! NOW I have to return - either drive 45 miles to nearest Kohls or send back and pay the cost of return -- when it WAS NOT my fault!! There is a reason I haven't shopped Kohls much lately!! I've been a Kohl's customer since 1970s - YOUR service SUCKS & has gone downhill!!

I bought my husband a pair of slippers for Christmas on 12/12/23. He opened them and started wearing them Christmas day, which was 11 days ago. They are Sonoma, or I should say were because they are headed to the trash. Certainly, I didn't expect them to last forever but 11 Days!!! The heel is unglued from the back of the slipper on one and the sole is unglued on the other. Very poor quality. Kohl's in my opinion generally has a quality problem these days which makes me want to shop elsewhere. Not to mention the prices are very high no matter how much the cashier tells you you've saved at checkout.

I have been a Kohl's fan for years...... But, in the last few years housewares is truly terrible! Clothing is made like a preschooler made them. The shoe dept. never made me happy to start with.... Now? Forget about it! Their are no good choices! They can't mess up dishware? Oh, yes they can! Who buys this stuff. It's a step down from Ikea! Come on Kohl's. Get a buyer that gives us what we pay for or would like to.
