I buy the majority of my Christmas gifts at kohls every year and have always been satisfied but this year has been very disappointing. I had an issue with almost every order I've received since November. I ordered a expresso machine and the box looked like it was dropped before packing did work when I received and yes I got a replacement but there have been other issues with other orders. I ordered 2 womens sweaters, only received 1 and it was snagged then had to call to inform then i only got one to credit the other and i ordered womens pjs received one the was just thrown in bag and had a footprint on it. These are just a few examples. Just want to make you aware with things being packaged. I am not as satisfied with my orders lately as I have been previously. And when I return something that can't be corrected my kohls cash gets taken. I jad to finish my Christmas shopping at JCP.

I placed several orders this month. One order had a bracelet I did not order, so through chat, the correct item was sent. The one I received had no good numbers on it to look it up on Kohls and we could not find it on their website. The guy told me to just keep it because there is no real way to return it. I placed an order 12/8 for 2 matching sister adjustable bracelets. The box arrived, the packing slip said 2 shipped but there was only 1 in the box. I sat in chat behind 464 people and finally got Sophie who processed the order to complete the fulfillment of the order. I checked my email and that order was canceled. I sat in chat behind 168 people and was told for security purposes they could not tell me why order was canceled. In transferring me to a supervisor I was disconnected. I got back on chat, behind 164 people and was told I had to call this number because I have had too many replacements. I called and was instructed to use chat to resolve the problem. I called another number and was told the only option was for them to refund the bracelet and go online and place my order again. Only problem now is that due to Kohls employees errors in packing orders, it is no longer on sale and the price is double. They were transferring me to a supervisor because they kept saying they can not replace an order twice . . . ?? . . . And was disconnected. They are the ones who canceled the order with the missing item. I frequently buy from Kohls but if I am going to be penalized for their employee's mistakes, I may have to reconsider this.

This is the second Christmas Kohls stuck it to me. I ordered on the website for an in store pickup, everything looked ok. 3 days later an email was received stating the order had been canceled. The item was out of stock. Low stock was not noted at the time of the order, nor was it listed as not available for pick up. Once again I am forced to do last minute shopping. I am done with Kohls, they got me twice, they willl not get me a third time

Why is it so hard to order online and to always have something damaged? I swear they just send you the stuff that other people have returned. Then, if Kohl’s cash is involved, they won’t exchange it even if it’s in the store. I am done ordering from Kohl’s.

I placed an online order on 12/13/23 to be shipped to Hayward CA. I ordered four Men's Tek Gear items and somehow the website sent one item to a store for pickup. I called and was told that I had to pick that item up or it would be cancelled. I said no to the pick up and the remaining items are suppose to be on the way to CA. Now the item that was cancelled is out of stock. UGH

Between items being dropped from my order, items going missing in shipment, items arriving too late I will never shop at kohls again. Customer service will not help you. They will say it is not in their power. Any issues you will be left to deal with on your own. They’ll try withholding refunds or not refunding the total amount. They are a scam.

I placed an order on November 30, 2023 and on December 18, 2023 I still do not have my order. It was for my grandson for Christmas. It tracked the order and it was suppose to come December 18th and nothing. I called the online customer service and the product I purchased is out of stock but it was not out of stock when they took my money and gave me a tracking number. Crooks at Kohls then I have to wait 7 days for a refund. What kind of business is Kohls running????? SCAMS at Kohls

I return shoes of $64 and they said I would get a refund but never did I call them twice and first time they said I would get a check on the mail but never did. I called again and they told me I already got the refund on my Khols card which they didn’t refund it they don’t have good customer service never shopping here.
