The website is no longer user friendly. It took 75+ captia and a text to customer service and still can’t get in to place an order. I will not use Kohls ever again. I eve commented to customer service and they hung up on me.

I'm so done with Kohls
If I were to return the items at the store I got over x-mass, I'd still somehow owe on the credit card. If you buy something and add your Kohls cash, you do not receive the same amount of cash back you actually paid for it on the card. they explained it to me, and it seemed to make sense, but in all reality, it's some kind of scam. you get back your money, less the Kohls cash you use in the form of your money. In other words, they replace their 'cash' with your cash somehow. So, I will pay off the card and I'm done for good. The store is full of junk anyway. they don't even sell the shelf-bra Camis anymore. Boo to you Kohls.

I was charged for an item I didn't pick…
I was charged for an item I didn't pick up. I called three times and explained to Kohls employees that I ordered two items in two different stores, I clicked on the wrong order (different store) confirming the pickup. I realized that I clicked on the wrong order; I was in the other store. I tried to fix it, but no luck. I picked the item from the store that I was at. I didn't need to pick up the other item as I already bought the same one from another location. Anyone @ Kohls should be able to verify that I was in one location and there is no way to pick up at two locations (about 10 miles apart) the same minute. Employees kept transferring me and giving me silly numbers to contact. That shouldn't be the way to treat loyal customers or any customers.

Ordered a 500 necklace
Ordered a 500 necklace from Kohl’s online. The package literally sat in NJ for two weeks. When I finally got it sent in regular mail, the product was beyond disappointing, a diamond missing and stuffed in a cheap tiny plastic bag. Took it to the store for a refund. This store should be the next to go out of business.

WHERE'S MY REFUND
I purchased 3 shirts for my daughter for Christmas from Kohls.com on 12/5/23. They shipped one which we received... the Santa Llama Sweater. They shipped the other 2 via UPS on 12/9. UPS apparently transferred the shipment to USPS and they for some reason returned to sender instead of delivering. Please note throughout this entire process I received NO communication from Kohl's. I thought about it and checked Kohl's site and found this information myself, attached to the order in my account. I tried the virtual chat option more than once but they have such long hold times it's impossible to get an actual agent. I searched their FAQ's and was able to find information stating my refund would be issued within 30 days. I kept checking and noticed that they received the package back to their CA location 12/16/23. I forgot to keep checking until my calendar reminder went off this morning and I realized they never refunded me. It was saying error when I tried virtual option so I located a phone number online and contacted them via phone. I had the site pulled up and advised them I'm not sure why the date changed from 12/16/23 to now stating 12/22/23 but I would like my refund. The agent advised it was now changed to 1/8/24 and my refund would be issued 2/8/24. I told them I was looking at the information and it clearly showed 12/22/23 which previously reflected 12/16/23. The agent said no it's 1/8. He also said something was weird because he saw 12/22 as well. I requested manager. Xfr to supervisor and was disconnected, called back for 3rd time today and that supervisor advised me 1/9/24 so refund 2/9/24. I told them this package was never in my possession so it's not like they need to do quality inspection and requested refund immediately. Rep told me NO. I requested corporate information, rep said no she was not giving me 3rd party info. I said your corporate is not 3rd party and need to escalate. Rep would not help. Contacted corporate email (hopefully), I located online as well as BBB. See attached screenshots.

What has happened to the men’s clothing…
What has happened to the men’s clothing in Kohl’s? No variety, brands discontinued , and sizes very limited, why don’t they just change the name to Kohl’s Women’s Boutique? Have shopped there for over 20 years and seems like the men have been written off.

The term "substandard service" is a compliment
Truly the worst customer service experience I can remember receiving in the past year, if not several years. I genuinely couldn't tell you with certainty whether the Kohls.com employees are simply incompetent, impudent, or an unfortunate combination of the two. Even after escalating my customer service chat to the "floor supervisor," the supervisor's response was quite literally that they had no ability to help answer any question or provide any solutions. What on earth? What version of customer service is this?! I actually manage a customer service department myself; if one of my employees responded to an inquiry this way they would be written up at best, if not let go. The same would likely happen to me if I addressed a request for customer service with this attitude and approach.
It is one thing to explain why something cannot be done, although in my situation this wouldn't be applicable. I was not asking for anyone to move the moon, I simply had a question about a missing credit on my account. Even so, if an appropriate and respectful conversation had been had, perhaps the end result would have been semi-helpful. Not only was there no explanation, the supervisor immediately entered the conversation claiming his own ineptitude- who does that?! He ended the conversation the same way. Essentially all he said were varying statements of "oh well, can't help you!" This supervisor should be further admonished for this behavior considering that I expressed to him that I felt the prior representative was offering conflicting statements which came across both disrespectful and misleading.
During my conversations with a Kohls.com representative and with a Kohls.com supervisor, there was never one single attempt to directly answer my one basic question, (why is the credit not showing on my account,) much less did anyone even try to assist me with any possible resolutions. If these are the individuals that Kohls is training to serve as the face of their company's customer service, they have failed miserably. As a customer, not only did I receive no service at all, but I wasted twenty or so minutes of my life speaking to both a representative AND a supposed supervisor, only to be demeaned by individuals who were blatantly apathetic and altogether dense.
To throw an extra cherry on top of the immense frustration following my supposed "service" interactions, you really have no further recourse to attempt to receive a resolution, or hold out a hope of reaching someone who may be semi-beneficial without going extremely out of your way. There is no secure message option nor is there an option to submit a request form to any department. Online chat is clearly promoted as the primary method of contact to request customer service. As a result, even though I emailed myself a copy of my chat transcript, the only choice to get help from there is to call a generalized phone number on the Kohls website, and verbally explain 20+ minutes of dialogue to the unsuspecting individual who answered the phone. From there I would then be sent to appropriate department and likely forwarded yet again to a different supervisor, each time having to reiterate the situation over and over again. All to receive some semblance of assistance with a very basic question! As the customer, I absolutely should not have to do this.
To additionally be told that NO ONE, out of the hundreds of thousands of employees who work for Kohls, would even possibly be able to offer assistance (supervisor told me, in writing, that no one at Kohls would be able to help me in any way) is an insult to me as the customer and, frankly, to Kohls as a company!
If you must purchase something from Kohls, I would strongly urge you not to risk ordering it online. Ever heard the expression "up a creek without a paddle?" That is exactly where you'll find yourself if you experience even the slightest hiccup with a Kohls.com order. The is the first review I have written for as long as I can remember; if I'm being honest, I do not write reviews as often as I should, even when they are positive and well-deserved. Today I took further time out of my Saturday to write a multi-paragraph, detailed review of the ridiculously unacceptable experience I had with Kohls.com customer service. This in and of itself should speak to the level of frustration and disrespect I experienced. Learn from my mistake and don't order from Kohls!

Kohls discounts are a joke
Seriously? What happened to applying discounts to ANYTHING I actually want to buy. If I want an odd size or color, sure go ahead and take the discount, but otherwise, nope. Kohls cash now only applies to crap they want to rid themselves of. I’ll pay off my balance and never return. I long for the days of old when Kohls was my go to store.
