I hate shopping here. Took an Amazon item back (love Amazon) and got a 15% coupon can use on discounted items entire store. So I wasted 45 minutes trying to find two items..both on sale, to match and correct size. Finally. went to check out. a line. really slow. Told checker finally all items are on sale. item 1..nope. she argues with me. item 2…nope. Her idea is to go check the display like I am a liar. Then she says my items are only items that can’t be used with Amazon discount. OK DONE. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME. Never again! Kohls sucks.. And did she care? Nope!

Tried to order by phone and could not understand what they were saying .They goofed up the order and now I have to go and return it when it comes. What a shame !

On Dec 13, 2023 a hacker hacked my kohls account and placed an order for 2 google nest cameras. I called within a few hours of the order because it was placed while I was at work and unable to be on my phone so I did not see the order right away. They said they could not cancel the order because it was being processed even though the order had not left the facility yet. I was also informed that it would take up to 60 days for the investigation complete. Kohl's handling of customer problems and account information is seriously lacking. They do not protect their customer's information in a proper manner. They need to add two-factor authentication and requests for changing personal information should have a fail safe. I am extremely angry over the situation and will be closing my account with Koh's once this fiasco is over.

Online shopping is convenient and makes it easy to locate the items you are looking for. I also love earning Kohl's cash and using them on my next purchase.

Kohl's is the WORST store on the planet. You can't log into your account. You cannot see your bill or see your payments. You cannot pay your bill in a store.

Call to pay off card the automated system takes all your information then you get to talk to a person and they want to know all your information at the automated system. Just gave you all you’re trying to do is make a payment. they want your blood when all you’re trying to do is make the payment. I had to swear this is the worst store ever their customer service in the store sucks they all act like it makes ass tired to do anything for customer. I am so done with Kohl’s. Worst store ever.

Where do I start So I used a percentage of today purchasing an item. I learn the shirt size won’t fit for the person I bought it for I go to return it and am denied the 40% coupon back , even though I purchased the item on the same day. How much loss would Kohls have suffered if they had given me the 40% off coupon back? The manager even refused to return the coupon! Stores like TARGET is the place to shop. They definitely honor their customers! Because they know that one coupon could bring them more profit too ! ( The other Kohls I had purchased an item said the item) clearances brush set ) I wanted to gift my grandchild was not included with the discount coupon I had . “ because it was a personal item “ no where in the coupon this was stated!! ) what a JOKE!! I would have gladly gone and bought different maybe a higher priced item had they returned my coupon They’d surly have made the profit And I asked so I have to keep the item. And the manager rudely replied” YES”. Losers . Penny wise pound foolish. That’s Kohls Motto ! Very poor customer service. No kohls for Me again Xl After reading many of The other customers reviews, one would think Kohls management would change their attitude. I guess not. I just closed my Kohls account. (As Is they even care ) pppffft
