I tried to pay bill online and it kept saying i didnt exsist. So now the charge late fee. Im so disapointed. So i closed my account.

Placed a order for womens yoga flare pants 6 pairs what does Kohls do they set it up for a pickup 500 miles from my home when I picked ship to me. There rude and terrible to deal with and there prices now are a total ripoff. There is no reason to have china made cheap clothes so high priced. Can you say equity group it is clear they have been bought out.

I spent over an hour yesterday at the Kohl's in Plainfield, IN looking for a standard size button down shirt. 18"-18 1/2" 36/37. I looked through the entire men's department- EVERY SINGLE RACK and there were exactly two shirts. One was blue and then other was maroon. All the other shirts were labeled "slim fit." Not all business professionals are "slim fit." This is not only sizeist, it's bad for profits. I walked in with the intention of spending at least $1.5k on a business casual capsule wardrobe using my Kohl's charge card. I ended up taking my business to Old Navy just down the road and picked up every thing I needed and it was not a struggle to find my size. Furthermore, I had a wonderful CSR there who assisted me in finding exactly what I wanted. The CSR as the Kohl's just said, "yeah, sorry about that" when I informed her of the issue I was having. Bad form indeed!

Hi, Its very bad experience with purchasing. I have bought 2 pairs of shoes the same size and on of them was too small. I had a return it, but company did not offer prepaid label, so I had to pay muly own money for this return. Refund will be issued only during next 30 days (company will use my money for business purposes for this time). Customer service is pretty bad and can’t get any help from them spending almost 1 hour in the chat. I would definitely recommend not doing any purchases here, they don’t care about customers.

I purchased five articles of clothing on a website that said kohl's Clearance . The prices were phenomenal. Which is why I ordered. Did not know the order was coming from china. Have watched tracking since january the second. Was informed it with delivered on january thirtieth At my door. It was not and still not. It is a scam there is no such clearance. I lost thirty five dollars. Just want to warn other people do not order unless it's directly from kohl's

I am so disappointed in Kohls. I have been a long term customer. I returned an order to the tune of $28.47 and was told that it would all be taken off of the bill that is due on Feb.15th. However, I now find that I owe $.28 because they had issued Kohls cash and that amount can't be refunded. Seriously? Now I have to drive back to the store to pay $.28 or I will be charged a late fee. I refuse to go through my bank and have them pay this amount. My time and gas will cost me more than $.28. I have always paid my bills on time as well. This could possibly make me want to cancel my card and only pay cash; that way I won't have to worry about this every again.

This review is about Kohl's in Quakertown, Pa. This store has gone downhill in the past few years. It is not well stocked, a lot of their things are not priced. When items on the rack says a certain sales price and same name brand and is taken to the register they say " oh this kind is 10 dollars more" even though it is not listed on the sale sign. Their items are marked up so much you just think you're getting a sale when you are not. The quality and selection are horrible. I used to love this store 5 years ago.

I've never seen as worse as online shopping. They always change the prices and never be honest. and they have bad customer service. I dont recommend
