Kohl's farms out their "customer service" to third world countries with people who do not directly answer to Kohl's, but who have access to the Kohl's online wallets containing gift card balances. I uploaded my Kohl's gift card to my Kohl's account wallet, and within several days it was stolen. The only access to that account came from within Kohl's. Following some online research, I now know that this is apparently a common occurrence. Check for yourself. Kohl's is aware of it, but would rather save money by employing non-English speaking criminals from third world countries who can access and remove account credit balances, rather than taking care of their loyal customers. Avoid this corrupt company.

I don’t even want to give you a star. That's because the agent I met at kohl's chat lied to me. After hearing my situation, I willingly received kohl's cash, but I couldn't use it. The reason is that I used it even though I didn't, and this is their word. Also, if you pick it up at the store, they give you $5 kohlcash, which is also information. There was no use suggesting it. Now I never want to shop with dishonest kohl's again.

Always beyond slow. Constantly changing the process. Should have a dedicated area, not line with everyone returning, complaining, etc. Every other retailer handles this without any aggravation.

Someone got into my account and took 500 dollars from it. I called and let kohl's know that I was waiting for the bank, the police department to settle this and return my funds. I paid on the date that I promised and they charged me a late fee of 40 dollars on top of the measly 40 dollars that I owed. I also spent 4 hours each time I have paid because the system of logging in for the card is crazy and while it may be secure it is difficult to pay online. I could not pay once I got online today but it would not let me pay because it was PAST the due date. so another 40 dollars will be adde to the 80. 40 plus 40 late charge and another one for next month which is not here. payment day should have been the 19th. but no they would not wait. I do have proof of what I told them as well. THEY CAN TAKE THIS KOHLS CARD WITH 30% INTEREST RATE AND SHOVE IT WHERE THE SUN DOES NOT SHINE.

If I could give zero Stars I would. I went into the store they were having a 70% off sale and I was prepared to use my credit card. The teller after making me stand there for 5 minutes finally started ringing up my order and then told me my card had been canceled. I was mortified and embarrassed she was rude and dismissive. I will never go back to that store. And neither should anyone else. The sales at Kohl's are always scams. They said I hadn't used my credit card in 14 months and that's why it was canceled. They wanted me to order a new credit card. I didn't have enough cash on me as I was planning on using my credit card. I was happy to head over to Target's where I never have an issue. I will never go back to kohl's!!

Bought a fitbit on January 18th. Tried to return it today, February 18th and was told it was too long. I purchased it at 10:45 am so at 1:45 this afternoon it was too late. It had to be returned by 10:45 am this morning. No small print, nothing....I thought 30 days was 30 days

I was tricked into signing up for a card. Needed clothes, my email showed I had till March to use the 35% off for getting their card. Well not the case at all you have to use that coupon or will lose the coupon. Their online chat people are of no help and actually pointless. Excuses why they can’t help with a 35% off coupon it’s lost. 😡. He couldn’t cancel either. NeXT morning. So I will return full order to store and cancel the kohls credit card and never go to Kohls again! I’m always stressing to find stuff to buy at kohls anyways. Either it’s way overpriced or your quality items are no not very quality. I suppose that goes along with how Kohls handles customers. Very poor customer service

I have been having a very difficult personal life for lt few weeks . Nothing has gone right. Our bank accounts and credit cards were hacked . Family sickness . I returned a to. Of stuff to the Wake Forest NC store and Linda F in customer service was amazing. She was calm and respectful of my anxious state of mind . She never got frustrated other me or angry. She even offered to pry for me nd my family . She was a brother of fresh or in th month I hve bn having . Thank you Linda F for being you .
