Kohl'sReviews of kohls.com

Kohls in Springfield, Or is the worst store you risk being assaulted by shopping criminals . The Management is awful Kara is useless and Eldon is not the brightest also very snotty and snide. Everyone else is great but not safe store to be in you never know when you will find white powder in the bathroom. Or 20 empty shoe boxes because they have been stolen just that morning

I am so done with this store. Payed our bill by check . The bank verified that Kohl's cashed it but the store said it was not cashed. So they have been charging us late fees of which we were never notified, We can never get on their web site because they say our passwords are not correct. Totally useless. The only way to settle things is to fax them a bank form saying it was cashed.

I have had a Kohls account for years. We recently sold our home and started traveling full time. We use a mailing service to get our mail. I’m sure I gave Kohl’s our new address and they have my email address. We made a purchase at Kohl’s during our travels. I never received mail regarding my bill. I never received an email. At one point I wanted to check if I had a balance but their website is a nightmare and I couldn’t get in. I did get a couple calls but the caller had such a heavy accent that I couldn’t understand a word they said. I thought it was a scam call. After the second unintelligible call I decided to call them, since I couldn’t understand what she was saying. Sure enough I owed them from that forgotten purchase. I paid immediately. They reported me to the credit bureau. my rating went from 860 to 760. I will never step into a Kohl’s store again!!

I bought 2 gifts and needed to return them. Kohls refused to give me my money back and gave me a store credit. I had my original receipt and the items were not even tried on and had original tags. He just did not like them. I called and they refused to give me my money back. I am a long time customer and will start looking for a store that values my business more and is customer friendly.

After years of on-time payments, not missing a single payment, Kohl's charged me a $40 late fee for missing a single payment on a balance they never sent me a statement for! They are trying to scam their customers by not notifying them when the have a balance due (I always pay as soon as I get my statements, but in the past, no statement means a $0 balance.) so they can charge ridiculous late fees. Customer service was unhelpful!

Bob was very nice

I ordered a $50 men's hoodie and it doesn't fit. I just found out that I have to pay for shipping or return to the store. I have mobility issues, so returning to the store will not work. I wish I had known this before ordering. I will never shop at Khols again and I hope they go out of business.

The management and corporal offices are a joke. I fell at the Saginaw Michigan store and was taken to ER. A concussion, broken glasses, after many X-rays, CT scan and 8 hours waiting to be treated, they could have cared less. I was basically told by their investigation team I need to learn how to walk! Hundreds of dollars later. Again they don’t care!
