I needed to pay extra when not needed, very rude men!!!!!!!!!

On the site we went to add the suitcase and the only ones available started from 15 kg. We added one of these even though ours was smaller. At the airport they made us pass the controls making it pass as luggage that goes with priority. When we arrived at the gate they charged us €55 saying that it was a suitcase that had to be harnessed. You are thieves.

La gestión de equipaje es pésima. Una estafa total esta aerolínea. Cuando compras los vuelos te dice dos maletas de 10kg, cuando llegas te dicen que eran despachadas no en cabina, que tiene una penalización de 30 euros. Pagas los 30 Euros e igualmente no te dejan llevar la valija convos, va despachada que es lo ya pre- pagado. Realmente una estafa

Flight from Malta international airport to LHR on 20th August 4:50 pm departed Malta , flight 105 was late half an hour then the whole way to London was turbulence , was a scary flight and it took 3:30 . Worse flight never had . Never again air Malta with your old planes and you need to renovate your plane it’s old and broken .
