THE worse air line I have ever been with! Never doing this again! I would rather WALK home than ever Fly with Km Malta airlines.

High price, low quality airlines. Flight Malta - Amsterdam, not possible to check in on their site the day before and so not possible to select a window seat. The cabin crew, with one exception were completely lacking of respect towards passengers. This was the first time and also the last time I flew with KM Malta Airlines.

Despite having already paid for both my flight and a 10 kg checked bag, I was wrongly charged again at the airport due to a system error that incorrectly displayed the baggage weight as 15 kg. Additionally, although there was clearly space available for hand luggage, I was not allowed to take my bag into the cabin. What is even more unacceptable is the behavior of your staff member at the check-in desk. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, and even went so far as to threaten that I would not be allowed to board the flight. This was despite the fact that I had paid for both my ticket and baggage in full. Her attitude was completely inappropriate and added unnecessary stress to my travel experience.

Disgusting service boarding at Malta airport. Always flown it’s my backpack under the seat in front and now they have just charged me €55 and they had to take my backpack from me and put it in the hold. Josey and Ayrton were the worse! Never flying KM again

If you’re familiar with bad airlines in the U.S. like Spirit or Frontier, KM Malta Airlines is essentially the Spirit/Frontier of Europe. I strongly advise against flying with this airline. I flew from Rome to Malta with no issues—they checked my backpack and allowed it as carry-on. However, on the return trip, they suddenly claimed that my bag didn’t meet their carry-on requirements. KM Malta is a terrible airline that seems to be focused on squeezing extra money from passengers. Avoid them if you can.

Km Malta is a ferly great European Airline it has good aircraft few Delays and great crew and pilots and the the aircraft are quite clean its pre-order is delicious and fresh and so is its buy on bord food. The only down side is the ground handling company that they use at Malta international Air port and some times there prices are over the top. I would appreciate if they would give a compliment drink and sank. over all all my Experience with Km Malta is grate and i would recommend it any one i look forward to keep fling with theme.

Abbiamo viaggiato in orario. Ma lo spazio a bordo è sotto il limite della decenza e della salute umana. Sembravamo quei camion che portano i poveri animali. Il viaggio aereo fa parte della vacanza e dell’immagine. Vergogna!

J’ai pu assister à des scènes d’escroquerie et de misogynie de la part de KM Malta au départ de Malte ! Les stewards ainsi que le manager (censés être professionnels) n’ont pas hésité à demandé un supplément de bagages aux passagers alors qu’ils avaient déjà payé 30€ !!! Ce supplément variait entre 25 et 55€ (apparement le prix change selon que vous soyez un homme ou une femme) ! Un des steward a aussi menacé une dame de ne pas la laisser embarqué si elle continuait de se plaindre ! Je trouve ça honteux d’abuser de son « pouvoir » avec des passagers qui au final étaient en ordre ! Ils ont aussi essayé de me soutirer de l’argent car j’avais acheter un supplément bagage à main et embarquement en priorité mais ce n’était pas indiqué sur mon ticket ! J’ai dû donc aller chercher la preuve de paiement pour éviter qu’on m’escroque aussi ! Les stewards ont aussi célébrer leur escroquerie en se faisant un check du poing ! Je suis honnêtement outrée et je ne prendrais plus jamais cette compagnie et ne le conseillerais à personne !
