Malta Airlines est une véritable arnaque déguisée en compagnie aérienne. Dès l’enregistrement, tout est fait pour vous faire payer des suppléments, même si vous avez suivi les règles à la lettre. Bagage cabine ? Trop lourd, trop grand, pas dans la bonne main… résultat : supplément. Bagage en soute ? Encore un supplément. Même respirer dans l’avion semble être une option payante chez eux ! Tout le monde autour de moi a dû sortir sa carte bleue au comptoir, que ce soit pour quelques kilos de trop ou pour des règles absurdes qui changent d’un agent à l’autre. C’est simple : chez Malta Airlines, PERSONNE ne passe sans payer. Une honte. Cerise sur le gâteau : personnel désagréable, retards sans explication, zéro service à bord. On est loin du minimum attendu pour un vol européen. Je ne remonterai plus jamais dans un avion de cette compagnie. Si vous tenez à vos nerfs (et à votre portefeuille), évitez Malta Airlines à tout prix.

Really bad company, I’m currently in a flight Roma - Malta, atm 2 hours delay and nobody is saying anything about the departure hour, we just have to wait in flight, cabin crew doesn’t care about us, 0 voice informations, NADA , we wait we don’t know till when, but that’s KM Malta, welcome ! 👍🏻

I had a really disappointing experience with KM Malta Airlines. Their luggage policy is confusing and inconsistent, I was told different things by different staff, and ended up having to pay extra fees that weren't clearly explained when I booked and completely different on their website. To make things worse, the airport customer service was unhelpful and borderline rude. No one seemed to know what was going on or cared to help. I expected better. Would not fly with them again.

Très mauvaise expérience, vol en retard, compagnie qui refuse que l’on prenne notre bagage cabine en cabine et qui veut l’envoyer en soute. Je prends l’avion très régulièrement, je ne reprendrais pas air Malta, c’est vraiment la pire compagnie que j’ai eu à prendre.

Flight KM476 from Malta to Paris CDG on August 3rd was, without a doubt, the most appalling airline experience I’ve ever had. I was arbitrarily forced to check my cabin luggage, even though it fully complied with the airline’s stated rules. No explanation, no flexibility – just rude, hostile staff who clearly couldn’t care less about passengers. The ground personnel in Malta were shockingly aggressive, barking orders with a condescending and arrogant attitude, as if passengers were a nuisance rather than paying customers. This airline operates with zero respect, zero professionalism, and zero basic human decency. It’s not just bad service – it’s disrespectful, chaotic, and borderline abusive. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy. Never again. Absolute disgrace.
