Arrived quickly, clear directions, added half doses first week to insure cats were ok with product, then full doses second week… they love it, and what a difference! More energy, play, activity… and interest in general. My older cat especially is much brighter! Thx guys!

Terrible communication and customer service. Strongly do not recommend. They advertise a 90 day money-back guarantee, but refused to refund me for the product. I offered to send it back and was told they don’t do refunds. Total scam company. Also the product they sent arrived in cheap material which makes me suspicious that it is a legit company.

SCAM website. Do not sign up for a subscription- they make canceling really difficult and offer for you to keep the product with a 20-30% refund of what you have paid. My cat would not eat their taurine powder supplement. I canceled the subscription, as my cat passed away and they STILL wanted me to keep the product! I have filed a dispute with my bank after 3+ weeks of going in circles with them about returning the unused/unopened product.

I have been feeding my 6 year old cat, Shadow, KittySupps powdered supplement for about a week and a half now mixed in with her wet food. She loves it! I noticed it smelled kind of fruity when I was mixing it and wondered if she would try it or not, she is SO picky, and she laps it all up and looks at me like "that's all there is?". I think it smells pretty good myself! Anyway, she has not been sleeping ALL DAY like before and is starting to be more playful too so I am anxious what the next month and into the future will tell for her better health. So glad I found this product.

In about 3-5 days I noticed my cats fur felt softer. Around day 4-5 their coats were shiner. Day 1 both of cats seem more active than before. Definitely more playful.

UPDATE ***** I lodged a complaint with my bank very similar to what's below and received a full refund, no questions asked. I also finally opened the product once it was clear I could not return it and read the label, it contains no taurine at all, just fructose, wheat germ powder, glucose, zinc and glycine. No quantaties or percentages listed, no other info. I'd attach a photo if I could. Red colour. Smells weird. It'd be a cold day in h... before I gave this to my cats. ********* Don't buy products from this company. I've seen several versions of the same story, apparently from legit veterinarians. The arguments are good but untrue. My vet assures me that they haven't seen ANY cases of taurine deficiency in cats for more than 10 years. Taurine in food IS sufficient. A deeper dive into their website and you begin to notice anomalies, especially with the customer reviews. And you get signed up to a subscription without even realising. Definitely zero stars if that was an option. Not giving this product to my cats. Have asked to return it for a refund and have pointed out that their website says a full refund will be paid if requested and product returned within 30 days but now they're just ignoring me. So I guess they're waiting the 30 days.
