Hi Linda, Four out of five cats is honestly a win we will absolutely take! Anyone who has ever tried to please multiple cats at once knows just how impressively opinionated they can be, so four happy customers out of five is a remarkable result in our book. The difference in the litter box is such a practical and telling sign that something is genuinely working on the inside, and we love that you noticed it. That kind of change does not happen by accident. We are glad the order reached you quickly too. Thank you so much for sharing this, Linda, and for giving all five of them a chance with it. We hope that one holdout comes around eventually! 🐾 - Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Kris, We are truly sorry. Finding yourself with eight bottles and feeling like every door to a resolution has been closed on you is genuinely awful, and we completely understand the frustration behind this review. We hear you on both things: the subscription feeling unexpected, and the refund experience not matching the commitment we make to our customers. Neither of those should have left you feeling this stuck and unheard, and we are sorry that they did. We want to look at your specific situation properly and personally. No automated responses, no repeated rejections, just a real person going through your account from the beginning and finding a resolution that is actually fair to you. That is what you deserved from the start and we want the chance to make it right. Please email us directly at [email protected] with your order details and reference this review. We will make sure it is handled with the care and urgency it deserves. - Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Cheryl, Charged twice and still without your order, that is a situation that should have been resolved for you long before now and we are genuinely sorry you are still in the middle of it. You should not have to keep chasing this. Every day that passes without a real answer or a real resolution is a day too many, and we want to take this off your plate completely. Please email us directly at [email protected] with your order details and we will personally look into both charges and the status of your order right away. We will get to the bottom of what happened, make sure nothing further goes through that should not, and ensure you receive a resolution that is actually fair. No more back and forth. We are so sorry it has taken this long, Cheryl. You deserve better than this and we intend to make it right. - Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Susan, We are truly sorry this has been your experience, and we hear the frustration behind every word of this review. We completely understand why the subscription felt unexpected and confusing. We know that in the moment of placing an order, details can be easy to miss, and we genuinely take on board any feedback about how we can make things clearer for our customers. That is something we care about and want to keep improving. We also want you to know that our support team is very much active and available at [email protected] every day. We understand that not having a phone number to call can feel frustrating when you want something resolved quickly, and we are sorry for that. What we can promise is that a real person will read and respond to every email we receive. If your subscription has not yet been cancelled or there is anything else still unresolved, please email us at [email protected] and we will take care of it personally and promptly. We want to make sure you feel completely done with this and at peace with how it ends. - Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Cynthia, Sassy! What an absolutely perfect name for a 19-year-old rescue queen. The fact that she is still going strong at that age is incredible, and hearing that her winter allergic reactions have completely cleared up and the vomiting has stopped? That is just the best news. You must be so relieved. Senior rescue cats hold such a special place in our hearts, and the love and care you clearly give Sassy shines through every word of this review. Nineteen years of life deserves every bit of support we can offer, and we are so glad to play even a small part in keeping her comfortable and thriving. Thank you for sharing her story with us, Cynthia. Give that magnificent girl the royal treatment she deserves and please keep us posted on how she does. We are absolutely rooting for Sassy! 🐾 - Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Nicole, Being charged after you had already cancelled is not okay, full stop, and we are so sorry that happened. You did the right thing, you cancelled, and that should have been the end of it. The fact that it was not is something we want to fix immediately and make sure you are fully reimbursed for. And on top of that, cats who simply will not touch the supplement. We know how disheartening that is when you were hoping to see them benefit from it, and we are sorry the timing of everything has made this experience even more stressful. Please email us directly at [email protected] with your order details and we will personally confirm your cancellation in writing, ensure no further charges go through, and make sure the charge that should not have happened is addressed properly. We will also share a few tips that have helped other cat parents with fussy eaters if that would be useful, though we completely understand if at this point a resolution on the charge is all you are looking for. You deserve better than this experience, Nicole. We are here and we want to make it right. - Mariel from KittySupps

Hi Sara, We are so sorry. Ordering in January and still not having received anything, being charged for a subscription you did not expect, and feeling like every attempt to get help has just gone in circles. We hear all of it and we understand completely why you feel the way you do right now. This is not the experience we want for any of our customers, and the fact that you have been left feeling this way for this long is something we take seriously and genuinely want to fix. Once orders leave our facility, transit is in the hands of our carrier partners, and delays on their end are outside our direct control. But that does not mean you should be left without answers or resolution, especially for this long. You are owed so much more than a runaround. Please email us directly at [email protected] with your order details and we will personally take ownership of everything from the beginning. Your missing order, the subscription charge, all of it. A real person will handle this, respond to you properly, and make sure you receive a resolution that is actually fair. No more going in circles. We are truly sorry it has reached this point, Sara. Please reach out and we will make this right. - Mariel from KittySupps
