Reading through your experience, we completely understand why you felt the way you did, and we want you to know that this is not something we have taken lightly internally. Discovering a charge you weren't expecting, then feeling like getting a resolution was harder than it should have been, is genuinely stressful. The fact that it took a few days to get a response that felt satisfying to you is something we are not proud of, and we hear you on that completely. What we want you to know personally is that we have now refunded you in full for both your renewal order and your original order. That decision wasn't a difficult one for us, because at the end of the day you came to us wanting to support your cat's health, and this experience fell so far short of what you deserved that it felt like the only right thing to do. Hi Amy, Thank you so much for taking the time to share this, and we are sorry the wait was longer than it should have been. We know how much you were looking forward to getting started, and every extra day of waiting when you're trying to do something good for your cats is genuinely frustrating. We appreciate your patience more than we can say. As for your little ones turning their noses up at the taurine, honestly, we hear this sometimes and it almost always comes down to cats being, well, cats! They are the world's most opinionated food critics and any new addition to their bowl can be met with full-on suspicion at first. The good news is that you are already on the right track thinking they will get used to it. A trick that a lot of our customers have found really helpful is to start with an absolutely tiny amount, we mean a pinch, mixed into a strong-flavoured wet food, then build up very gradually over a week or two until they barely notice it is there. Going slow is the secret. We really do hope they come around, because once they settle in, the results can be wonderful.
