The fact I am able to get care on weekends at home, is huge! I have used K Health 2 times now, and love how easy it is. The one thing that could be improved is the wait time. This second time I had to wait about 4 hours, for my provider to enter the chat. I understand providers are limited, but 4 hours seems a bit long. I still got the care I needed, but the pharmacy had just closed by the time my provider entered the chat. Otherwise I will most definitely keep using this service.

The doctor was very kind and patient while talking to him about my issue

It took over an hour to talk to someone and then it was a NP, not an actual doctor. I answered all of the questions as to my symptoms and then had to do it all over again with the NP. Took way too long between chats to get answers, like she was working on more than one patient at a time. I was asked to provide my allergies and preferred pharmacy address. I did that and was asked for the information again.

The process took too long, only to be directed to someone else. There was no real evaluation was completed.

They're a scam!!! Don't waste your time and money. You're just better off going to a regular doctor for the services they offer. I was told to give it a try for my Chronic condition since I needed something urgent to handle it and was told if they can't solve it or I wasn't satisfied, they would give me a refund. The doctor was horrible, ignored what I needed, and was charging me over the top that I could of done in person for free or less and the app kept crashing so I didn't get the full care. After I requested my money back, they yelled at me and argued with me about it and said I won't be getting my $147 back because the doctor gave me care recommendations...don't waste your money guys!!!

I’ve used this company numerous time in the past years and they were always able to help, the providers were good at listening to you. This time around it seems their policies have changed, I felt blown off by every doctor. I went through 3 different physicians trying to get help, I was just sent back standard lists of questions awaiting to be answered. All I was suggested was otc treatment I had already been trying. The second provider did prescribe me a cough suppressant, but unfortunately that hasn’t touched what I’m suffering with. In the end I’m still very sick, and unable to go into a quick care since money is tight and I have no insurance. Plus, wasted $40 on this tele-visit. Unfortunately, I will not be using their services again, whatever has changed with this company has ruined their patient care.
