Basically did not get service was told to go see a doctor. Sucks they charge for membership yearly take the money but do not give service anymore. Previous years they treated me well . Sadly no more just take money and run without providing service . Worst they have a multiple year history to reference on what works for me with sinus infections, technician would not even check past history Will be fighting to cancel my subscription and get money paid refunded

I’ve used the K Health app several times in the last year or so and always had a great experience. The doctors are all very knowledgeable and very prompt with the service and sending an e-script to the Pharmacy immediately. Great treatment advice. I have Kaiser and if I went to them, it would be impossible to get into the primary doctor right away, they would tell me to go to urgent care, and I would have spent about four hours or so at urgent care, and pay $75 copay. With K Health there’s basically no wait time and the cost is slightly less than my copay would have been for urgent care.

Overall experience is great. I was able to get the care I needed. No need to go to urgent care. It save me time and money.

The interaction with the clinician was smooth and simple, and my concern was quickly resolved.

I did not have to wait long after completing the questions and requesting an expert medical evaluation. The doctor followed up with a few additional questions and proceeded to diagnose my illness. Since my condition did not require a prescription, I could go to my local grocery store and pick up the over-the-counter medications and supplements necessary to weather the 10-14 day viral period.

*Update as of 1/13/23. I contacted K health through their website, asking for a refund. They did oblige, and refunded my payment.* The Dr was extremely kind in telling me he could not treat me due to my autoimmune condition and the fact I take drug therapy for my MS. This was appreciated, but still being billed the $39.00 wasn’t. I have used KHealth several times in the past, and this is my first complaint. I’ve always been very happy with the care received!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Waste of time and money in my opinion. I very clearly have a sinus infection, I’m describing my symptoms, yellow nasal discharge, fever, sore to the touch sinuses, etc. that I’ve had for many days now. My doctor asked which remedies I’ve tried, to which I replied mucinex sinus-max, netipot - none of which worked. In the end, the doctor told me she knows the symptoms could be annoying but it's more than likely a virus…. it’s a joke, save your money.
