The doctor I saw refused to write me an oral antibiotic and I feel that I need one.

It felt impersonal. I had concerns and some were acknowledged and some weren't. It felt like I was talking to AI. And with the concerns that were acknowledged I really didn't get any helpful answers. And I am not the Dr. here so asking what I want with my dosage of medication while not giving any sort of medical opinion was weird.

It took way too long to have the conversation and to get help. I thought this was a telehealth appointment and it was all by text. I would be asked a question and wouldn’t get a response for 5 minutes each time. This is unacceptable. I was delirious with fever and struggling to get help.

I woke up in pain at 3am and did the virtual chat. Then it said it was searching for a clinician which should take less than an hour. I stayed awake so I didn’t miss it. 4.5 hours later, someone finally got to me. On top of that, you charged me $55 when the last time I used the service for the same issue, it was $10. I understand there may be an upcharge for such an early morning request; however, when I did not get help until 7:30, it kind of renders the point moot. The doc himself was pleasant and quick which is why this is not 1 star.

Better communication regarding what happens after submission. Do I stay on the chat or get a call back. Especially when it took 7 hours for a Clinician to get back a hold of me. Plus, is there a sound or what to let me know the clinician is in attendance. I actually submitted another n/c I thought I had been dropped. Some type of chat/response during the 7 hour wait time would have been helpful. It actually was a stressful experience, especially during that time.

I waited more than 5 hours for a medical professional to chat with me. Also, I basically self-diagnosed and self-prescribed. When I said, "this is what I think it is", they prescribed medication. When the medication was too expensive, I said a pharmacist suggested this, and they prescribed what the pharmacist suggested. I appreciated that they listened but when using my previous insurance company, it was a much more formal process with a much more in depth conversation about my needs, symptoms, etc. In the future I am unsure if I will use this method or just go to urgent care.

I feel like I was not entirely heard in my description. I have a rash on my neck and chest only. There is nothing to indicate that this would be a contact rash and I explained that I am under stress with a family member that we had to put into Hospice. I feel like this is some kind of stress rash. I was initially going to be prescribed a topical steroid and then I asked for oral meds and was prescribed Prednisone twice a day for only 3 days. The Prednisone helped but the rash is not entirely cleared up. I will still need to consult a physician to resolve this matter.

I moved and needed a referral to a local provider for a chronic condition. I spoke with a very kind provider. She assured me they could absolutely do a referral; it was not a problem. I felt like I was finally going to get to see a provider close - not 4 hrs away. She also seemed to genuinely care. She told me she submitted the referral but wasn’t sure it went through. If I didn't receive in 24 hrs to reach back out. I didn’t-so I did as directed. The next provider told me I needed to give them a name/info for the referral. I looked one up & provided it, as I just wanted a local provider. Again I was told it was submitted. Also a very easy and good experience. Left for work trip - came back looked for referral-to no avail. Tried to log back in and can’t since I bought a one time visit and not a monthly membership. To be fully transparent-I was informed I could follow up for a week with the option I purchased (still over $70) . I only needed a referral so I didn’t see the need for any more than that. Apparently I was wrong. Now my only hope is the support email, or to pay, and hope again. Had I received the referral (especially since I had been told twice it wasn’t an issue) - this would have been an AMAZING experience - even after the first incident of not receiving it, as by the second visit, I felt like FOR SURE it was taken care of. To the point of telling my husband this service would be great for our grown children. I felt that confident and secure. If you need something similar - make sure you either buy the monthly subscription or you have the time and diligence to continually follow through until you receive it. UPDATED 07/23/2025 - BEWARE: I have attempted to contact support 4 times now and also contacted them K Heath via the App. NO RESPONSE. This is starting to feel like a scam.
