Still waiting for a doctor after over two hours! K Health was really good awhile back. Be prepared for a long wait or try another company. Ended up getting help, but took hours.

Doctor was pretty thorough explaining my symptoms and what to do. Pretty simple process in texting.

Super easy, such a comfort to get care from home. Makes treatment so much more accessible, especially when you're ill but trying to care for children at the same time! No one wants to haul the whole family into the doctors office.

Waited almost 3 hours after I made a payment to talk to someone. Explained about my ear infection symptoms that bothered me for a week. I knew I needed an antibiotic for it because I had this a few times before. After telling the doctor about my symptoms , she said she couldn’t help me online but I need to go see a doctor for a visit. I wasted my money and time.

I have not had health insurance in recent years, and K Health has made healthcare accessible and affordable. I have used K Health on multiple occasions, and I love that care is available around the clock from the comfort of my home. In my most recent experience, I was able to speak with a provider very early on a Sunday morning, long before my local clinic would open. Every provider has been friendly and professional, and I always feel that my well-being is taken seriously.

Dr. Cunningham was great, prompt, thorough, all of the qualities you would want in a doctor.

Crystal Dyer MD is awful. She did not listen. She ignored symptoms and treated me like I a child. She uses poorly written scripted information and tries to drag out treatment to keep you coming back. K health as a whole does this. Don’t use this service. They won’t/can’t write many prescriptions. Push Health is much better use them. They CtuLly care about patients and will treat you properly.

I paid to try and get treatment for a sinus infection, but the doctor wouldn’t help me out. It’s impossible to review all of your symptoms through a text. I would have appreciated a video conference, so this feels like a cash grab. I will never use them again.
