I had a minor issue that I didn't need to see a doctor for in person and that I already knew what treatment I needed. This was a great straightforward way to chat with a clinician, tell them what was going on, and have them prescribe what I needed with no hassle. I was able to get my meds quickly and efficiently sent to my pharmacy and be on my way to healing the same day. I am so grateful this was resolved in a fraction of the time it would normally take me to set up an appointment with my general practitioner, take time off of work, drive to the office, etc. This literally was a chat session which was amazing! My only complaint is that I wish the app could have given me a better estimate of how long the wait would be of when I would be seen. It ended up being a couple of hours, and I kept staring at my phone every few seconds the entire time which made me anxious I would miss the notification. Other than that, the experience was great, and I would definitely use this service again, now that I know what to expect. Thank you!

Overall, the process to meet with a doctor after hours was very easy. I was only confused at one point when I had to select a code/number for a yes/no question. It took a little more than 3 hours to be connected, which would be easier to bear if there was a way to see your number in the queue. The doctor was great. He clearly explained his recommendations, and I left with a solid understanding of the next steps. It was easy to get the prescription I needed, which was incredibly helpful.

I thought it was a cool service. But, I did think it was going to be an actual virtual call and not chat based. One of the Rx that was prescribed was not covered by my insurance. I tried to get back in touch with the provider and that was quite hard. I kept getting disconnected. So, while I liked the service, I would prefer to have a virtual service.

Convenient alternative to going into urgent care. Doctor was friendly enough and helpful. Not impressed with the process to create an account and how long it took to discuss my symptoms before being seen. System checker is painstakingly useless, rather than describing what’s bothersome. I wanted help for my early detected COVID such as medication. The medication ended up costing $1500 which i was not going to pay. And i couldn’t figure out where to find a note that i was seen. I didn’t need a note but wanted one for my employer in the event that I needed to stay home. Probably won’t use this service unless telemedicine is unavailable again.

Quick and easy

Prompt guidance and availability. Very good people skills. Will continue to use. Only 4 stars because a lot of what the Dr sent were copied and pasted articles, which I feel like is very impersonal versus saying hey, read up on these articles to learn more. I get they are busy though, so that’s probably why.

The prompts were accurate and fast, at first I could not login but when I finally did everything went smoothly. The doctor asked appropriate questions and was thorough.
