After telling Dr. Daryl Callahan (Lakeside Hospital) of the poor job he is doing he (in retaliatory fashion) asks if I need him to call my emergency contact, to which i said "no need, I am going to a new platform", he still called the e-contact and even the e-contact then called me and reported back to him everything seems okay... still even then, seemingly out of retaliation, called the local sheriffs office and lied saying he cannot contact me (after already having successful contact and no lack of response or reason to even suggest this was needed). I never once missed responding to a single question and even my e-contact said all was fine but still went out of their way to harass and intimidate me. This man is a coward and we will likely be filing our own report for harassment and seeking damages. Whatever you do, do not tell them you are unhappy with the service.. or else they will call the local police on you. Things went south when I mentioned how I was okay paying the monthly fee (even though I was not actively treated for the months paid), until this attempt to get the help I had been paying for. Avoid these evil people at all costs. Was basically paying $200 in the last year for a referral (and false defamatory call to police), not treatment. Most concerning part is they can and will do anything to you they want, and get away with it. Watch out for a doctor who is willing to abuse their power. (Dr. Daryl Callahan) Even the officer was accusing me of disorderly conduct on the phone (punishable by jail time). I have been terrorized, threatened with jail and have had my wellbeing threatened because of this app. Reply to k health’s reply: Thank you for your time, but unfortunately I do not see how this ends outside a court room. This doctor has retaliated and lied about me (telling my e-contact and police I’m having some sort of crisis) Everywhere I go (could be coincidence, but probably not) I am followed by a marked sheriff vehicle. I really could not be more terrorized by this service. I don’t think Dr. Daryl Callahan should be allowed to offer services via your platform. Seeing him fired or otherwise removed (with confirmation) is the only resolve we have to keep us outside a court room with lawsuits.

Leslie Hammett was awesome. I live in a small community so we don’t have a lot of Dr.’s. My Dr. was out of town & I felt awful! This was my 1st time using this type of medical care. Leslie took care of me -my medicine was sent to my pharmacy & now I’m starting to feel better! Wonderful experience & will definitely use in the future. Thank you!

It was generally a good experience, but the initial interview process was difficult. You should adopt an initial interview process like what Amazon Health uses, where you get a checklist of symptoms.

Easy to access, use, and communicate with the clinician.

It was great to be able to get an appointment so quickly. Dr. was efficient but seemingly not rushed. Great!! The only thing that might need improvement is the app. (The reason for 4 instead of 5 stars) It seemed underdeveloped for lack of better terminology. Little things like scrolling the chat was difficult, and asking an additional clarifying question after the appt. didn’t seem to go to a care coordinator, but rather wanted to start over with my medical history. I’m new to this app and service. So I may have missed something. It would be amazing if K Health developed into something like Nice Healthcare, which provides in home visits including blood draws, strep tests, etc. But I truly appreciate the convenience of K Health!

They like to steal a person's money that's ok ill call my attorney

After paying the $39.00 fee and being on hold for three hours to be seen for an upper respiratory infection/head cold, I was told they would not be able to assist because of a what they considered to be an autoimmune disorder that K-Health policy prohibits them from assisting any further. This type of information should be in the forefront of the fees and possible denial of service therein. K-Health should automatically refund such scams immediately. This is ridiculous! I’m being told to contact my Insurance provider to be reimbursed, even though I used my debit card. I work in health care, and this is borderline fraudulent in nature. Shame on you K Health!
