Charged but received no medication. Contacted "support" repeatedly, for a MONTH, yet the problem is unresolved. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH! If K Health can provide no tracking, it is obvious the medication was not sent. Yet, I'm charged and the matter remains unresolved. The "please contact us" response they post HERE is USELESS. I've done that for a MONTH. Repeatedly. Scam.

Charged twice and then charged 147$ after being told my membership was cancelled. They won’t refund me and gave me the run around with their doctors so in total Im out of 200$ for absolutely nothing. AND I still haven’t been treated so yeah I hate this platform.

Very pleasant experience. The waiting was a little long but that was to be expected given the time in the night I started the chat. After connecting with the NP, the chat and solution was over in like 10min and she was super nice and non-judgy. Very pleasant!

I came to K health seeking treatment for a UTI. Started one antibiotic that didn’t give me relief after three full days of taking it. So, I went back to the chat to say that the med wasn’t working. I spoke with a doctor who advised me to go submit urine to LabCorp and that once I showed the receipt I had done that, I would be prescribed a new antibiotic while they wait a few days for the urine culture to come back. When I went back to the chat to upload my receipt, I had a different doctor who flat out refused to give me a new antibiotic despite the fact that I met the conditions of what I was supposed to do. Needless to say, I called my regular doctor and got an appointment for today. All in all, a waste of time and money I don’t have. There needs to be some level of consistency among the doctors.

I felt I was pretty description about all the symptoms but was not given an antibiotic, I mentioned I had ear pain, and discharge and hurt down my neck, ended up with blood discharge out of my ear and the other ear is infected. The meds prescribed did nothing.

I like the app as it saves me a ton of time as I have a pretty hectic schedule. Not related to this experience but I will say getting treatment seems way more difficult then it use to be. I don’t like going to the doctor to begin with and only go when I can’t take being sick anymore and it is discouraging when you seek treatment and are told “it’s viral” and basically are told you have to suffer thru it. It use to much easier to get a prescription drug to treat it. Personally I have had walking pneumonia many years ago and was told at the time I should have not let my cold get that bad and seeked medical attention sooner and now it seems I am being told the opposite. I don’t get it, very frustrating. Plus the cost of healthcare now a days is out of hand making it further discouraging to see medical attention. The system just seems very broken as I feel like you have to get to the point of feeling like dying before receiving proper attention.

I was able to get treatment for my medical issue in an extremely convenient manner. My medical practitioner was attentive to my concerns and was quick to offer treatment.

Dr. Jose showed concern for me. She provided me with lots of helpful tips on how to manage symptoms and quickly jumped back in when I had a follow up question.
