I have used K health now twice. The doctors listen, they don’t give me any hassle and I am seen quickly and they are responsive unlike calling an office. The nurse or MA is taken out of the picture and you get to directly chat with a doctor.

Worst company ever. The physicians are rude and treat you like you don't even know your own body. Tried to get a refund for services that weren't even rendered and was told they would not be giving me any refunds. Do not go with these ppl. It was a very horrible experience.

Terrible company and will not refund my money. They charged me $147 after I tried to cancel and are refusing to refund my money even though I canceled. Terrible, terrible customer service.
