This place appears to be a scam. DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR YOUR ANNUAL WELLNESS SCREENING. We booked a virtual wellness exam for which is covered by insurance. This is used to qualify for reduced insurance rates at work. When they billed our insurance, they did not bill it as an Wellness exam. So we were charged the full amount and it did not qualify us for reduced rates. We had to go the wellness exam somewhere else. Khealth customer service was not able to assist in any way. Avoid them at all costs and find a real provider!

I was able to get resolution for my illness very quickly and the prescription was sent to my pharmacy. The process was hassle free.

Absolute worst experience I have had with an online Health Provider. You will be charged no matter if you are helped with your issue or not. Would not recommend! These guys are scam artists!

Dr. Phillips contacted me about my test result and to discuss what is going since our initial visit. When I followed the directions to connect, I immediately got a text message telling me my session ended. I tried reconnecting until midnight. I still have not been able to connect on the app. Out frustration I called my doctor office today to see if they would be able to at the results and write a prescription. I continued trying to reconnect on the app all day. No contact still. Now we are going to have to paid my doctor to rerun test. Not only will we have to pay another visit but we will now have to pay Labcorp for the same test to be ran again. I hope our insurance will not make us pay for full cost of the lab work. I only used K Health because it was a Saturday. Previous visits were fine. I most likely will not use K Health again.

ZERO STARS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. I sought out K Health for enticing "weight loss medication prescriptions" I was over charged for labs bc the did not code it right so my insurance would not cover. Also, I got one month of weight loss medication THEN it was stopped. Do not fall for this app, I learned the hard way! Such a crock website. And the "doctor visits" are all via text and I could swear they do not even read your responses and just ask the same questions. Seems more like "AI" than actual medical knowledge and guidance. So sucky!!!!

My recent experience with the Nurse Practitioner Katherine Richey was great, but the experienced I had with the previous nurse practitioner Nicole Adamiak was horrible. She changed my medication dosage abruptly without my consent which made my anxiety came back really bad.

The doctor was kind, and the treatment he prescribed gave me immediate relief. Very grateful!

My provider was rude, got my name wrong, and was very clearly insensitive and ignorant to eating disorders. When I told her about my issue with her “advice” she responded with a “sorry you feel this way.” Bedside manner does matter even via text, and it’s disappointing that providers have literally no critical thinking or reading comprehension skills.
