Total scam. Came in with an eye infection, they asked me to send a picture, recommended that I get treated at Urgent Care in person. Thanks but no thanks, that's why I signed up to use K Health in the first place, to avoid going to urgent care.

Terrible! Didn’t listen to me and seemed computer generated after taking my money. The worst ever. The medical doctors are fine but the mental health side are the worst ever. Just cause someone has anxiety doesn’t mean they are suicidal!

If you know what they are capable of prescribing from the get go then you won't be disappointed. My girlfriend got antibiotics right away for her UTI and I was able to get depression meds quickly. Don't expect to get something like a doctors note for work or heavy pain meds. They just can't do certain things, which is completely reasonable.

Signed up tonight bc I couldn't get to an Urgent Care as they were all closed. My daughter had what I assumed was pink eye. After signing up, answering the questions I had a clinician contact me, took pics of my daughters eye and was in touch within a clinician within an hour. She prescribed an antibiotic for pink eye. We are out of state and it was great to be able to have the ability to get a diagnosis and the help we needed. Not only was she helpful, it saved us time and money to not have to wait till the morning to get to an Urgent Care. Mixed reviews but I am definitely content with the results. Any other major medical issue I would definitely prefer a doctor or Urgent Care but for something that can be addressed over the phone, I definitely will continue to use K Health.

This is a JOKE. You make a payment and then your online doc will tell you to see a doc in person. Don't waste your money. Do your own research and use OTHER online platforms.

Same as everyone else they charge you to tell you go get covid testing they are a joke Everything is not covid I get this sinus infection 2 to 3 times a year and it takes antibiotics to get rid of it DO not USE
