I just tried K-Health
I just tried K-Health. While some of the doctors I was connected to seemed great, in the end, I really learned very little to nothing. I was told to speak to specialists. So I spoke w/ them in order to have it confirmed what kind of specialist I should see, which I suppose could be useful for some people, and saved me from having to go in person for a traditional doctor's office visit to hear the same...so in that way I guess they mostly just saved me the physical trip by telling me which specialized doctors to see in person. The two issues I had were an ingrown hair issue on my chin that has become uncomfortable for me + discoloration on my legs after wearing lots of leggings, this summer. They basically heard that and told me to go to the two specialists I figured I needed, anyway (GYN to test whether it's a hormonal issue + dermatologist). I am unclear if they ever diagnose anything through the app. I imagine that they mostly serve as almost guides to tell you what kind of specialist o go to. i.e., if you told them you felt dizzy and a pain, they would likely just tell you to go to an ER. lol I'm not quite sure I understand the role of this app, but perhaps it exists to confirm to ppl whether they need to see a doctor or not, and if so, what kind.
