I visited this site on my computer because I have an abscessed tooth. After paying, it forced me to install their app on my phone! Then, after some 45 minutes going thru question after question with a chat bot, it told me I probably had an abscessed tooth! It told me that a clinician would chat with me within an hour. It's now 20 hours later, and nothing! When returning to their app, it tells me to go to my their screen and click on the "chat" tab and there is no chat tab there! So a giant waste of time and money, I'm still in pain, and no antibiotic prescription! Stay away!

Buggy app--I kept having to enter the same information over and over again. More importantly, the MD sent my pharmacist the wrong dosage information, and did not return calls from the pharmacist asking for clarification. I finally got the issue ironed out, but it was a frustrating waste of time. If it's not a holiday weekend, try another service. The process took hours.

This is one of the biggest scams out there! do NOT provide K Health with your credit card information, they will not provide you with antibiotics. I am suffering from a toothache and dental infection over the holiday weekend (I'm on vacation away from my home and regular docs). The doctor told me to suck it up and I would be fine until I see my regular dentist over 6 days from now and refused to provide me with antibiotics. The infection and pain have no spread to my jaw, throat, and nasal passages and I am running a high fever. I now have to not only pay for K Health's fees but I will have to pay out of pocket for emergency services as I am getting ready to head to the ER. I already took screenshots and told my family if I die from this infection to sue K Health and Dr. Julia Torres for her negligence. They stated they would provide me with a refund but that never happened. This company does not care about your health they only care about getting that $19 and then disappearing.

This is simply a software set in a computer. It didn't prescribe me anything when I needed. Instead, advised me to visit clinic near me. So, it's a scam.

I was charged on my credit card but NEVER got a call from a physician as promised.

I gave this site a one star because you can’t do - negative stars. The process starts out just so smoothe, takes your money, than states it will notify You by phone when the Clinician is ready to chat. Well, it being a Fourth of July weekend, apparently the party started early. After a 45 minute wait the phone alerted me the Clinician was ready, but there was nothing on the chat, so they suggested I revisit the site, apparently looking for another direct payment, well I suggested they just credit my card I submitted payment with and we would call it a day. After three hours, still no Chathy any Clinician so I went to an Urgent Care, was seen promptly, had my script phoned to the pharmacy and life goes on. K Health Never refunded my monies but continued hitting up my cell for several hours.

K Health worked great for me! I'm a younger woman in New England with basically no health issues other than a UTI every few years. After a few days of unsuccessfully trying to stave off another one with fluids and cranberry pills, I used their $19 one-appointment feature to try to get a prescription. I just had to text with their chatbot about my symptoms, upload a self-photo and a photo of my driver's license, and then wait about 5-10 minutes to text with a doctor. The doctor sent a prescription for the UTI to my local pharmacy based on my symptoms alone (no urine test, although it looks like the site does require testing for men), and I just picked it up. Will update this review later if they do anything weird like continuing to charge my credit card as a few of you mentioned, but so far, I'm very happy with the service and would recommend it to others!

Haven’t used this service yet as I’m wary of telemedicine without blood panels, but the first thing I noticed was the word ‘receive’ spelled wrong on their website. It makes me wonder about their quality control or competency. Can I trust a company with my health and wellness if they can’t remember ‘i’ before ‘e’except after ‘c’?
