These people are thieves!!!! I have full blow covid been laid up in bed for several days and I didn’t qualify for a prescription, with a full blow cough, body aches and every other symptom and the gold digging POS took out money with zero help. There claim is they have helped over 4 million people, let that sink in $19 x 4 million just to send a few text messages back and forth. This is theft and lawsuit needs to come upon this company

I needed help with treating anxiety and depression but mostly anxiety at the moment. I spent a matter of minutes answering a few questions about my symptoms. It was definitely a bot but I expected that. It took about 20 minutes probably to connect me with a clinician who then asked me to tell them you know why I had reached out. So via text I explained what was going on with me and my anxiety attacks and I explained the medication I'd taken in the past, that it helped, etc., and I felt that they were very thorough. She told me there was some options you know that I could use medication I'd used before she could also suggest something else. She also asked me what I was doing aside from medication to assist with my anxiety you know such as meditation and journaling and things like that. This cost me $19 plus the cost of the medication which is about $6. I thought this was an amazing app. In previous years I've spent thousands of dollars on doctors, copays and deductibles to be given basically the same treatment and the same medication. I can't imagine anybody complaining about this. Of course there will be limitations on what they can do through an app via text. Be sensible, people. If you have some severe medical issue or if you need a doctors physical evaluation to determine a diagnosis, and/or care immediately this is probably not the place to look for that (why would you?) but this type of care has a place. It definitely it works for me and I'll use it again.

I also need to warn everyone that this company asked you to scan your driver's license on their app. DON'T do it. They get more info that way to steal from you!

I just used this service and it took over 1 hr for nothing it is a waste of time and money. If i could give - stars i would...Run not walk away

So I did eventually get my prescription for a UTI but it was a difficult experience. They're not a scam since it is real doctors and a real service, however I dont think I'll use them again given the difficulty.

Absolutely worthless and shameless. Their totally lazy, corrupt "clinician" laid back and did her nails while their algorithm did 99.99 percent of "her" thinking, didn't even read my notes, referred me to a local lab (LabCorp) 100% as bad that probably flushed my sample the second my back was turned... Then she tells me: "sorry, better go see your GP. No meds for you." So I treated my drug-resistant UTI myself with fish cipro. Cleared it right up. Then I deleted their app and washed my hands of them. Any more, "America" is turning into a sci-fi horror movie. In terms of personal attention and VALUE in medicine, we had it way better back in the 1950s.

So I downloaded this app today in hopes that I could get my antidepressant medication refilled. Just recently moved cross country so I don’t have a doctor yet. I was prompted to do an online assessment of my symptoms and history. Took about 30 minutes. Was told about this anxiety and depression management program which is $19 a month for a doctor to talk to you about how your doing on the medication and send in a refill. Overall I think it was a great service. I already know what medication I’m on so that helped in the process but now I don’t have to go “in office” to get my refills. The $19 a month I pay for will also provide unlimited “chats” with a doctor for anything else that might come up i.e. common colds, infections, sprains…. It was overall easy to use and navigate. I don’t have insurance right now so this is actually pretty helpful to have. I haven’t received my medication yet cause it’s being mailed so hopefully all goes well with that.

Complete ripoff!! Took my money and told me to go to the doctor for a uti!!! Called Teledoc and had my prescription sent in 15 minutes.
