I’m not sure why there are so many bad reviews,,, I just had my first experience with them yesterday and I can’t say enough good things about them. I needed an antibiotic for a tooth/gum infection. I downloaded their app ,,, followed all the prompts, paid my money,,, explained my situation in live chat,,, took pictures live,,, and I picked up my antibiotic within 45 minutes. I feel this app is a godsend. I will definitely use it again if need be. Prayers were answered

Total Scam...PLEASE DON'T WASTE UR TIME OR MONEY THEY WILL DO NOTHING FOR UR SITUATION. THEY WILL JUST REFER YOU TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL. It is just a scam to get ur money!

SCAM! Took my $19 but unable to proceed to scheduling with a dr because of the permanent glitch in the phone app that keeps you in an endless loop. Technical support does not respond to emails and the customer service line is answered with a recorded message saying they’re unable to take calls.

My son has pink eye and I paid for them to tell me this but no prescription for drops. Want my money back

Just go to urgent care this was a waste of time and money. I couldn't get ear drops for swimmers ear.

What a waste of time and money. I have blood work from a lab that shows I have low thyroid levels. The doctor asked me to screen shot the results??? Then informed me they don't prescribe for thyroid medications. Horrible. Waste of time. Waste of money.

Worked excellent for me. This was my first time using any type of online medical service & would use them again. I have an abscessed tooth & won't be able to see the dentist for 5 days. KHealth hooked me up with a doctor in my state. In less than 2 hours I had my antibiotics in hand. Yes, you have to answer some chat bot questions. No big deal. I am well satisfied.

Horrible the app is ridiculous. .soo many questions then I finally tell them what pharmacy and prescription I need they want to tell me the app chooses what prescription to get. Don't recommend
