DO NOT USE. It is a scam, the doctors never even chat you. A robot chats you and your health problem won’t get resolved. They just want your money.

They provide very limited care and not worth using, Read the fine print or better yet look for a better online medical care option. This is a chat only app no video option to actually talk to a doctor. They can't prescribe many medications. You'll more than likely be told to go to your primary doctor to get what you actually need. If you sign up for the monthly price they charge you for 3 months at a time so it is $27 and the app default sets to auto pay so you have to go in and find the cancel option so you won't pay it again in 3 months. I'm being told i can't get a refund by "Team K" via support email, although i did not get the medication i really needed prescribed.

An hour of my life wasted. If you want to pay 19 to spend a hour of your life to say out loud what your symptoms are then this app is for you. SCAM DONT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY

SCAM!! My wife's symptoms indicate a UTI but we had to pay $19 to be told to go to the ER. He couldn't even prescribe antibiotics!! Told her she could have a spinal infection, A spinal infection are you serious!!! Scam, Scam, Scam!!!

I had horrible uti symptoms downloaded the app yes at first its an automated system asking question but after talking with the doctor was sent a prescription to my local pharmacy and it was ready to pick up in 30 min .

The doctor prescribed me antibiotics that are used for a urinary tract infection after showing her pictures of a rash on my body, My face and throat swelled up so big And I could have died, My one bit of advice is a doctor should be more hands on and on and should never be done over the Internet or a phone

It was the worst doctor experience I ever had. It took very long time for doctor to answer. Then he didn't answer any of my need or health concerns, Just brushed me off and close the chat. It was shocking.
