Fraudulent!!! Signed up and they basically told me to go to urgent care. The whole reason i signed up is so i wouldn’t have to go to urgent care or the doctor. Answered all questions asked which pointed to my rash not being a cold sore and they still said it was a cold sore. Emailed customer service several times for a refund with no response.

DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND PAY! They are liars who are hiding the truth. They would not prescribe ivermectin’s for COVID spouting it’s not approved, but that’s a LIE! It’s on the CDC website as a treatment! I’ve requested a refund and will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! If it wasn’t a treatment, they would not have it on the site or have given it to President Trump before the vaccines were out. They’re pushing these vaccines that is keeping nobody from getting it a vaccine means you don’t get it not that you get it and it may just be less severe.

Paid for and set up appointment have a sinus infection doctor insisted it was not even though I specified that have had them before went to walk-in clinic it is a sinus infection got medicine would say they should get a doctor that wants to listen to the patient not like I want to take an antibiotic but do know when I need one using this app was a complete waste of time and money

This was a terrible experience where I spent 30 minutes setting it up to be told I needed to take Afrin and Sudafed. This is a fraudulent service. I am afraid I have bronchitis and was told it is not protocol to prescribe antibiotics. Your company is stealing people’s money and the customer is getting nothing.

The doctor was horrible . I have type 2 diabetes and I wanted to get back on my medicine . After 30 minutes back and forth typing we were all set . He then asked me about my weight . I told him I recently dropped 25 pounds . It was due to having covid . He then decided he would not fill my prescriptions . I went back and forth with the boob until I had to hell him to go f himself . There are much better choices out there for telemedicine. Avoid these people like they have herpes .

Signed up for membership, Im a truck driver so thought it would be great. Just cx it. Good luck getting a prescription from here. They advertise chronic and acute rxs, and 3 tries, can't get either. Always same excuse. Waste of time and money, what a scam. For very common meds - not controlled. There are other teledoc apps that are great. Actually speak with a doc, no text/ AI b.s.

I paid for my membership and I paid for the visit and when it took me to the select a date/time to see a provider it had no dates or times Available. I thought it was a mistake so I went back and refreshed the site and still no dates/times available? They took my money and did not give me any services.

Abcessed tooth worsened while at work after hours on a Friday with no dentist available through weekend. Contacted me within 2 hours…. Answered several questions. Sent pics to doctor on chat and he prescribed augmentin to start fighting infection. This was during high covid times when urgent cares and hospitals were overrun and had up to 16-24 hour wait times.
