I figured out what they're doing even though they said they do no prescriptions after talking to the Third Doctor when the first and second one said prescription will be ready in 2 hours and it wasn't the pharmacy said nothing called in. Then the third one says because I have symptoms I just said I was tired because I had no thyroid medicine that I would need lab work and they can't do the prescription because I threatened them they did say they refunded my money I'm not holding my breath. I couldn't understand why if they supposedly have doctors why they need to see the old prescription but I figured it out there pretending they are with your doctor clinic from the previous prescription and calling it in raising mine doesn't work is out of date my doctor wanted to see me I don't have the money I lost my job I just wanted a new prescription from a virtual doctor I can't do lab tests because that would be useless since I'm 30 days without my medicine what's my last doctor did that to me and went to the office and I told them I can't come in but I went anyway and then of course he said oh yeah we can't do the lab test and renew my prescription but I went home with a terrible flu I don't want to do that again and go home with covid. They are not doing new prescriptions and it says clinician who knows who they are they are jumping on your old prescriptions for $23 that they were charging me hoping the pharmacy can renew but my Pharmacy already said they couldn't do it I needed a new one from my doctor or another doctor which my doctor in another County from where I moved from hasn't seen me in over 3 years and is refusing to do it the only cheap clinics around is the one where I got sick from cuz it's a family clinic. They want the pictures of your old bottles so they can jump on it and pretend they're doing something. If any of you got any prescription medicine look to see what the doctor is on the bottle. I bet you a million dollars it's from your old doctor so they're doing nothing there charging $23 to call in a prescription that you could do for free to your Pharmacy he is otherwise why would they not give me my brand new prescription as a doctor calling in to Pharmacy and keep my $23 because they couldn't do it I'm reporting them to the FBI fraud

So much BS you spend an hour going through all these questions only to be told they can't do anything that requires lab work... They reference Testosterone on web pages but can't prescribe it...

If I could give zero stars I would. Had 3 consultations for my prescription refills for blood sugar and blood pressure medication in 2 days. Four days later the prescriptions still haven’t been sent to my pharmacy. I’m reporting this place and filing a lawsuit for medical malpractice and gross negligence. Never again will I use this service again because they are a freaking joke!

This place is a joke. I was billed for services that I changed my mind and decided not to use. But when you ask for a refund they give you nothi but run around and are rude! Go some place else!!!!

This is a terrible company, they have clinicians who want you to use over the counter. What a waste. Offered my money back. I hope they refund me. You get what you pay for.

Ended up costing me more! I needed immediate prescription, I answered a bunch of questions and waited patiently for the available so called doctor to chat with. The doctor asked questions that I already answered in the app then when I told him I needed prescription, he said he couldn’t give me one because I needed to go to the ER! Like what??!!!! This is a waste of time and money!!!!!!

Okay, so You have to answer a million questions and wait a little bit but once you get someone in the chat, the docs are very helpful. My fiancé has a bad URI and the doc prescribed steroids to help with inflammation as well as gave a list of home care advice.
