First off this app heavily advertises getting quick easy prescriptions like antibiotics. This is a LIE! I connected with 2 different doctors over the course of 3 days for a simple UTI. I had gave the robot my symptoms, and they diagnosed me with a UTI. Then when I got connected to the first doctor, they asked me the same questions the robot just asked me. I told him I've had a UTI before and it felt similar to how I feel now. He proceeded to tell me I had pelvic inflammatory issues and possibly interrupt appendix!!!! And to go to the ER immediately EXCUSE ME ?! I was not going to the ER. I tried some home remedies for a couple days and was not getting better. I connected with another doctor 2 days later about the same issue, and SHE TRIED TELLING ME I HAD AN STI, and that she could not prescribe antibiotics without a urinalysis. I used a different Telehealth service that same day and got the antibiotics I needed within an hour. After taking all my antibiotics I feel so much better. If i wanted to come up with crazy health issues I don't have I would have just googled them myself !!! I will never use this service again!

Never there to help. This has been a terrible experience. I wish I had never let them into my wallet. I just hope that this universe deals fairly with this pitiful group, and am sorry for those about to embark. Sometimes there are people there...seemed to be ok, but there other times (lots) when staff is gone. Hope you don't need help.

Waited for a consultation for 30 minutes, then when finally speaking to someone, she suggested a covid test after I had already told her I tested negative. Then recommended advil lol. These “doctors” and this outlet is a joke. “Doctor” was Paula Fortin

Do not use, trust these reviews!! >:( Absolutely zero sympathy, they cut me off after refusing to prescribe simple antibiotics because I preferred a different kind than what the "nurse" offered (she had the audacity to tell me that doxy does not treat UTI at all)

This is a rip off. They take your money and you get NOTHING. Don't bother using this service you will waste your money and will get absorbed zero assistance from any type of customer service. There is NO one to speak to about your medical concerns only text. It is a sham!!!!!!!

These people are absolutely HORRIBLE! I had a sore throat swollen tonsils nothing too severe. The first doctor (if they are really doctors) made me take picture after picture of my throat which was very painful and the way she kept asking was very sadistic. You could clearly see my red swollen tonsils but she said she couldn't see and I should go to urgent care. She also said I should get cough drops and gargle with salt water... Things I can Google for free. She said there wasn't another doctor available for a second opinion. Twenty min later I'm connected with another doctor that seemed nicer. He was going to prescribe montelukast... It's An asthma drug that may treat allergies and it has so many harmful side effects including flu like symptoms and suicidal thoughts. It's so bad it's been pulled from most markets. I don't know what type of company this is but it wouldn't surprise me if Satan was the CEO

I paid for a one time visit to get prescribed medication for Stress/anxiety, due to the this unsure economy and possible effects from the war in Ukraine. The uncertainty is real and stressful so l want a mild aid that also can help with sleep. I never got what l paid for that day so l log on next day they keep wanting me to sign up for ongoing monthly payments that l do not need. I will let my card company do a charge back as the service l paid for l never received. The clinicians are quacks!!!

I needed mental health help but, couldn't afford it. They have changed my life! I cannot say enough good about them.
