I thought this would be a great way to help manage and get info and dr assistance. But if you have health conditions it can be a waste of money and time as I discovered. 2 days after I initiated a clinician visit I am told to go to my dr. Really. If I would have known this is where they are going to take me I would never have paid them a dime. What a joke now I will start over mean while my issue is still not being helped. That’s super. Lame healthcare system. Don’t trust medical people at all.

I was having pain in my back which I thought were muscle spasms, but then I developed a rash on my right side. I suspected it was shingles. Found this service online. late at night. Was great because I could stay in the privacy of my own home. within 15 mins I was chatting with a Doctor. My appointment was with Dr. Matthew Horn. After looking at photos' of my rash and asking me a few questions, he was able to prescribe an antiviral medication. This was 10:30 pm and by 10 am the next morning I was on my way back to recovery. Can't thank you enough. Saved me hundreds of $$$ not going to the E.R. Definitely I would recommend.

Total scam company. Takes your $29 then tries to force you into a $19 a month membership. No contact after receiving the $29 just an emailed receipt. STAY AWAY!

I moved to a new apartment and came down with some sort of weird viral infection, rashes and sores and fever. It started triggering my autoimmune condition. I called them, desperate for help, and thank God they filled a srcipt of antiviral meds for me. Thank the Lord. I got better quickly and didn't end up really sick in the hospital with my autoimmune condition. Everything calmed down.

The doctor refused to help me with a non-narcotic prescription and then hung up on me.

What a joke. I know my body and when I have a severe sinus infection I know what I need. I get them alot. They will NOT give you antibiotics even though I know it's the only thing that'll work for me. Waste of money....

I see people complaining about not getting antibiotics or ivermectin for covid… really? This app is for treating conditions which can be managed without an in-person visit, but some conditions call for an in person doctor visit. It’s not a scam to say they can’t help you with certain things. Anyway, I messaged to get antidepressants and was able to talk to a doctor for $25, and right away! I asked to try bupropion and they prescribed it and sent the rx to my pharmacy. The next time, I opted for the rx to be delivered to my home, and it came quickly. So great to have this option for people who struggle to get out of the house due to depression, anxiety, or just don’t have time to go to an appointment. I had a great experience with K health
