Don’t…just DON’T it’s a “pig in a poke”! Definition of pig in a poke : something offered in such a way as to obscure its real nature or worth. Also, Poke rhymes with joke “a trick played on someone”!

I’ve had a persistent gum and sinus infection and didn’t want to go through the high ceremony of making an appointment. Got on the app and paid the 23 dollars. Answered a pretty comprehensive set of questions that were administered by their AI. After an hour a clinician contacted me via chat. They were friendly and Asked a few more questions and sent my antibiotics prescription to my pharmacy. Whole thing started about 5am (I couldn’t sleep from the pain) and I had my prescription in hand by 945am.

I’ve used K Health a total two times. The first time I got a consult via text the doctor was attentive, timely, and helpful = 5 stars! However, the second visit I did with a new doctor for a separate health issue was slow to answer me (I’m talking 10-15 minutes to reply each time). I’m pretty sure the 2nd doctor was chatting with other patients at the same time as me. Overall, I’d give it a solid 3 stars. I did get prescriptions on both visits and they forwarded my prescription electronically to my local Walgreens, which was helpful. This service saved me 2 visits to an in-person urgent care which was also a plus. If they can work on getting back to patients faster I’ll rate it 5 stars, but for now it’s 3 stars.

I've had the same 1-star experience as everyone else here, except for the few obviously fake reviews... My K Health doctor did not want to give medical advice. He didn't even want to send a request to do blood work. After pressing him on getting blood work done I was just referred to a family doctor or a clinic for it. What should I have Labcorp test for? The answer I got is: "I can't advise that." He wouldn't send a request for lab work or prescription so I tried settling on just learning what I should request be tested and couldn't get an answer. If I was the only one with an experience like this then I wouldn't be here. The most likely fake reviews in an attempt to mislead people is just one more reason I'm posting this. Look at Welm's review: "...The doctors will also be nicer to you if you are nicer to them so don't be rude or mean." Why would someone with a 5-star experience even bring that up? Nice try K Health rep. Edit: I forgot to add that they require you to scan *both* sides of your drivers license. I had to report mine stolen.

My fiance has been using k health for a few months now and every single month we have an issue, pills don't come, pills go to wrong address, they double charge or charge but keep trying to charge every other day even after payments are successful. They really need to get their business together.

Was sent to labcorp for testing of uti. While I was given two different antibiotics, I kept asking about the tests results and was told that no bacteria was found. So when I got multiple bills from labcorp, I called them and found out that more tests were ordered for me and the final results were not communicated to me. I have/had (don’t know at this point…) a bacteria that neither of the antibiotics works against. Really? What is my recourse?

K Health is horrible. I have a sinus infection and needed antibiotics. They refused to prescribe antibiotics. They informed me to take over the counter medicine. I went to my local ER and was diagnosed with severe sinusitis. I was prescribed antibiotics. I am waiting for a refund from K Health.

I believe it depends on the doctor you get because the first one disconnected in the middle of my questions but you can just reopen the case and someone else will talk to you. I just went for a uti and I needed antibiotics but cant afford to go to the doctor and do all that without health insurance. They sent my prescription at 10 pm and when I woke up at 9:30 am it was ready to pick up at my local pharmacy. they all wished me better and they continuously email you checking up on you. It is very nice that if the medication isn't right for you or something goes different you can ALWAYS open up that case again and someone will help you, rather than having to pay 29 dollars again. The doctors will also be nicer to you if you are nicer to them so don't be rude or mean.
