They say $29..then when it's time to pay it's $39, once you chat with doctor (needed antibiotics) Dr. then tell you you need to go to an urgent clinic..RIP OFF..THEY ARE A COMPLETE SCAM

Sharon walker, DNP wouldn’t help me with a minor mouth infection. Tried to say I was septic and needed to go to urgent care or the ER when I have literally no symptoms that would lead her to believe that. The previous doctor I had seen on the app said to come back if I needed another round of antibiotics and she refused me. I am a nurse, as is my mom and we both know the signs of an infection that would need IV antibiotics, she refused to listen and took my money regardless.

This tele health site its a total scam. Its the worse. Do not use under any circumstances.

I have used k health a few times in the last 6 months. My most recent was for my daughter. I had been to 2 urgent cares and an ER. She wasn’t improving like she should on heavy medication but I thought we were ok. It took a long time to reach a doctor but I am grateful I waited because the doctor listened to my concerns and told me he thought the doctors were missing something. Took her to a pediatrician today on his recommendation and she has the beginnings of Pneumonia and was not on the correct antibiotics. I am so grateful he took extra time and cared enough to listen because we are now on the road to recovery. Had he not listened to me I probably would have waited longer and it could be a lot more serious. Thank you K health.

I don’t write reviews often however I must tell my experience with this completely bogus site!!! I would have better off going to a witch doctor. Period the end!

Complete waste of time and money. Don't do it. Dr. Craig Smith was a complete waste of time and money.

This is a scam! Save your money and see a real dr. They will admit you have infection and refuse to give you medicine and say to wait it out and see if you get better with no medicine. Quacks.

This app is a lifesaver! This is a genuine honest review. I got a tooth infection over the weekend. I was connected with a doctor by the name of Carol Grace. She prescribed antibiotics after extensive questioning and upon examining photos of my tooth. I had antibiotics in about an hour. That to me, is mind blowing. I am not arguing with anyone else’s experience. But to me, this was definitely worth the $19 a month membership.
