Second time that they are absolutely useless do not waste your money or time. Waited over 3 hours when the doctor got online, looked at symptoms and said she could not prescribe for an UTI since I had one in the last 6 months. I needed to go to a clinic for lab tests. This is ridiculous. Since this is the number one thing listed in their covered ailments that should be also be clarified. I was still typing when the doctor got off the chat very unprofessional, and rude. After waiting 3 hours she couldn't even take 2 minutes. Never again!

I usually love K Health but this time I…
I usually love K Health but this time I got a bad doc. I told her that I have a tooth infection and my symptoms and she diagnosed me with something completely different and symptoms I don’t have. So my tooth pain got worse and I went back to k health. I told them what happened with the other doc and my new symptoms and they wouldn’t treat me. They said that I needed to be seen in person because the bad doc misdiagnosed me and said that I need to go in person. I can’t go to see a doc in person. I have very bad anxiety that prevents me from doing so. So now I can’t sleep because the toothache is bad and I can’t get meds to fix it. K health needs better docs.

Don't waste your money!
This company does not warn you that they cannot provide a diagnosis unless you are able to take a clear photo of the problem. My husband has a suspected strep throat, but it was impossible to take a picture of the back of his throat because his tongue obscured the view. The company must be aware that some illnesses cannot be dealt with online (borne out by many other complainants) and should not take your money in these cases. I've requested a refund, but I'm not holding my breath. It's significant that the company has not responded to any other reviews.
Added 05/12/22. I am pleased to say that I was given a full refund by this company.

The doctor said they couldn’t prescribe…
The doctor said they couldn’t prescribe antibiotics or an inhaler for my asthma. This business should be shut down for fraud bc if you can’t write prescriptions then there is zero point in using this service.

Should be 0 stars
Would give no stars if it was an option. Terrible experience. Waited over an hour for help. When I finally got to talk to someone, they faxed in a prescription under the wrong name. Didn’t realize it until the pharmacy caught it. The account was created in my name, with my photo ID. Somehow it got mixed up and they made the account in my partner’s name instead (was using their phone and debit card, must have gotten pulled from that). We tried to reconnect to explain the situation; it took over two hours this time! The moment I got to chat with the doctor, I tried to explain the situation, but because he wasn’t talking to the person whose name was on the account (again, my partner’s name, due to their mix-up) he said he refused to talk to me and immediately disconnected. Even though I was, in fact, the patient. Reconnected and talked to someone else, and was told I had to call a number to change my account information. As an aside, most annoying hold “music” in the history of ever. Meanwhile, I am in excruciating pain and in need of antibiotics. Finally talk to someone, he said he’d refund the cost of the appointment and update my account information. Neither happened. I gave up and went elsewhere. This “service” is a dumpster fire. DO NOT USE.

Completely useless
I thought I would be saving the 75 dollar copay from our local med express but I got cheated out of 35 dollars.I waited over eight hours for someone to come on.I have a bad upper respiratory infection and I was told meds wouldn't help I just have to fight it off.Oh ,and to use a neti pot and take zinc. Also was told to take allergy med when I clearly stated I was on clartin d and you don't mix two different kinds of allergy meds.Doctor was rude, and offered no help .It's like they are giving you pre-written responses. They prescribe NO MEDICINE! The eight hours I wasted waiting I could have just went to med express ,that was only a two hour wait.I am 50 years old with nasal polyps that effect my breathing and allergies.I can't just ride it out when I get a breathing illness.I can't believe how uncaring and rude I was treated. Can't believe you went to med school to tell someone to use a neti pot that has a full blown breathing illness .Was also told by the clinician i had that doctors over prescribe antibiotics. So if you get sick just suffer. After being dissatisfied, she offered a cough med, are you joking, shame on this service for taking 35 dollars off innocent people .

If I could give ZERO stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would! I'm going to have to join all of the other bad reviews here.
This company quickly took all of my personal info including picture ID, a selfie and a credit card payment only to make me wait FOUR hours for a "clinician" to message me.
Her "medical" advice? Go to an in person visit and then she signed off.
My visit was less than 10 minutes.
In the four hours I waited I could have gone to City MD 10 times or more!
There's a reason some of us choose tele-med services! And the main reason is to NOT have to go in person.
I've done tele-med visits before (which is about once every 4-5 years) and never had a problem. I've been prescribed antibiotics when needed and as this site advertised but clearly their "doctors" aren't comfortable doing their job.
Do NOT use this site! By the looks of all the bad reviews and my personal experience seems they are collecting $35 payments from everyone and doing nothing in return.
