Long wait, and then the entire interview is by chat. the Dr tried to prescribe something I was allergic to and told them I was allergic to. Then said it was viral, which it is not. Basically told me to go to urgent care.

I’m only given 1 because i has no other option. TERRIBLE waste of your time and money. They advertise as being able to treat you for things like tonsillitis and prescribing antibiotics and get the last three times I’ve seen them they will not do it because I cannot see me in person do not advertise that you treat for something that you do not treat for they will be refunding me my money when they open up tomorrow or this is gonna get really

All the bad reviews had me a bit nervous. But my experience with K health was smooth and efficient. I entered my symptoms, uploaded a selfie and a picture of my ID, waited to connect to a nurse practitioner and then went over my symptoms, got prescribed antibiotics that were sent directly to my pharmacy! Honestly well worth the $35. The worst part was waiting to connect to a Clinician. Just a bit nerve-racking reading reviews while you wait. However, I can’t figure out what all the negative reviews are about. My experience was great and I’ll definitely be using K health in the future if the need should arise. I have also recommended it to friends and family.

Had a bad tooth infection, currently in buffalo after a snowstorm and days before Thanksgiving. My dentist is buried under 6ft of snow and my primary is out of town for Thanksgiving. 35 bucks is cheaper than going to a well now, even though it was annoying seeing estimated wait time 5 min. for over an hour. Dr. Saraiya was thorough in her questions, and sent a antibiotic script to a pharmacy of my choosing

They recommend for you to be seen at a walk-in clinic and tell you everything is viral. Save your money.

The doctors ignored pertinent information and were very quick to blow off the visit. The second dr I spoke with there said they don’t offer second opinions so I requested a refund.

Complete waste of money. All of the reviews are accurate. Zero help. I just need a basic antibiotic to knock our a sinus infection!! But no, Dr Christina says its just an upper respitory infection and listed a mile over over the counter meds. Waste of money. They need to be seriously investigated! Frauds for sure!!!!!

I have used K health multiple times. Unless you have a UTI they will not help you, and if you have a prescription they will not renew it, something as simple as anxiety medication which turns out I actually had 2 more refills and just didn't notice so I didn't even need K health. I have high Blood pressure and they refused me and told me to go to an urgent care if I didn't have insurance even though I have already been diagnosed by a real Doctor.
