I left one star because I had to I would have left zero Stars... Unless you need them to teach you how to put on a Band-Aid or use an ice pack I would not recommend wasting your 35 bucks... They can't do anything to treat stuff online... Keep your 35 bucks and go to a local clinic or something

Since I've been with K Health, I have been having no trouble with getting my medications and just talking to someone. Sometimes the wait is a little long but I rather wait in my home than in a crowded Dr office. I have not had any negative experiences with anything here at K Health. I would recommend K Health to anyone with a very high rating. This place is the BEST

I have given this company tries x2. Other time I was not given any tx and referred to urgent care. This is clearly a scam to get your $35. I have asked for a refund and they refused.

This online healthcare is a total rip off. Don't waste your money. They had the nerve to charge me $35 just to tell me to go see a local doctor. When I asked for a refund, they told me to contacr "support " When I contacted support there was no one there, only articles Total waste of time and money. I will be contacting the BBB about them. I wish I would have checked the reviews first, but having Covid I wasn't thinking clearly. Update: They did refund my fee, but I still will not use their service again.

I have used K a few over the last few years. Their app has always been frustrating due to my low vision but until this visit the medical advice has been okay. This time, it was awful. The clinician (NP) recommended a "treatment plan" that included a nasal spray that I already use and an OTC drug that I have been told by my cardiologist never to take due to a pre-existing condition. When I asked her to reconsider she refused and hung up. When I reconnected and spoke to another practitioner she made it clear that she would not "second guess" another employee. Very disappointing.

They advertise mental health services but they told me to go to the doctor and kicked me off their program because I have both ADD and anxiety. I’ve never had a bad interaction with them and it was so random. I been going there for my anxiety I just talking about having ADD one time and they’re like “so you’re confirming you have this condition and take adderal?” And I’m like “yeah” and they said they can no longer provide services and cancelled my subscription. They told me to go see a doctor.
