I just finished up my Khealth consultation, and the doctor I spoke with was wonderful. I did have to wait a couple hours to speak with her, but you could wait that long in a walk in office setting. I was able to relax at home while not feeling well, while I waited. I highly recommend khealth!

No response. Paid $35 for just a one-off visit. I already talked to a pharmacists who suggested an antibiotic ointment. Cost $40, but needs to be prescribed. I provided all my personal info (photo ID, screenshot ID), address, name etc. Then the chat said, connecting you with a provider. It's been hours, and no provider has joined the chat. Like most reviews here, it's the same thing. Don't bother, this is a fluke.

I have an ear infection and was asked to provide a digital photo of my ear drum. Stupid crazy!! Said they couldn't help me. Waste of time and money!!!!!

This place was terrible! Didn’t mind taking my money but 8 hours later I’m still waiting to talk to a provider. They don’t answer calls and when they finally do, they just put you on hold. They don’t answer emails or chats. Not something to take a chance on especially if you’re sick.

So I had some severe ear pain . I have bad allergies and they drain in my ears . I usually just get a prescription for some antibiotics . I waited over 5 hours for someone to send a response in the chat , only for the doctor to tell me she couldn’t help me . She said because I don’t have a video scope at my house , I needed to go see someone in person. Who the hell has random medical equipment at home ? And what’s the point of having a telehealth service if you are just going to turn people away . And am I going to get refunded since I was told she couldn’t help me ? This is crazy . This isn’t healthcare. She didn’t even offer any kind of remedies to help treat the infection , nothing to treat the pain … just go see someone else . What a waste of time and money . Smh .

Got me for “two” visit and never got to any kind of a medical person. I’m still sick, they have my money and I have not a thing to show for it. Please beware

The wait time said 5 minutes, I am still waiting for a appointment over 2 hours later. Not sure if this is normal but definitely need to give accurate eta's.

First "clinician" sent me on a holiday scavenger hunt for a home urinalysis test before we could proceed further. Second was a different "clinician" who disagreed with the first and wouldn't even look at the test results. Recommends urgent care which isn't open today. I wouldn't have tried this "service" if I had any other option. K Health has figured out it's easy money to chat with people and ultimately decide they can't help, while collecting their supposed diagnostic data and using it to entrap more "patients."
