A rip off on their site they claim to diagnose and treat your conditions I was on the site for half an hour answering questions they told me what I had then asked if I wanted to speak with a technician from my State I agreed paid $35 was asked the same questions by the technician which I found out was from Pennsylvania! I’m in NC then told me I had to upload my full I’d and photo which I had done previously the answered I was given were pre written answers then I asked if he was going to prescribe an anti biotic and I was told they don’t do that!!!! That was the only reason I went on the site SCAM!!!!!!!!

I’ve been using them for about a year now. Lately when I need something they tell me to go to a Dr to get the help that I need and they cannot help me anymore.

I have had pink eye several times over the years-- I know exactly how it feels and presents for my body. I can't get to my doctor for at least another 4-5 days so figured I would pay the $35 to get a prescription ASAP. While not outwardly rude/unkind, the "doctor" refused to consider anything other than abrasion because I disclosed I wear contacts--even though their own symptoms triage at the beginning of the appointment guessed 83% that I have pink eye. They told me to see an eye professional and that nothing else could be done. "Doctor" asked if I had any other questions and disconnected while I was typing. Haven't felt this blatantly robbed in a long time.

I’m rating this one star only because zero it’s not an option. I have been using k health for about a year as I’m asthmatic and I do not have health insurance. It was an inexpensive option- not ideal but we have to make due sometimes. My last two transactions were awful. I spoke with a nurse a few months back who prescribed me my usual inhaler with only one refill. (Typically the doctors usually give 3-4 refills.) so here I am needing a refill I send her a message in the middle of the day and she responds at midnight. I was ofc sleeping and not available to chat so after a few minutes she ends the chat. I reach back out the next morning to avail. Later in the day I start a new chat hoping someone will answer. I get a new nurse- I explain the situation. I don’t have insurance I need an inhaler refill and can’t afford a doctor. She suggested I go to the er. I explain again I don’t have insurance and can’t afford that. Her response was “that’s worrisome” SERIOUSLY!? She may as well have asked if I Had considered not being poor…I explain that is my situation regardless… I was basically told to kick rocks. She would not be prescribing me an inhaler. Cut to later that night I receive a message back from the original nurse saying that the other nurse told me to go to the er so she would not be prescribing my inhaler either….. I want to be clear here- I have asthma. I was born with it and will die with it. Without meditation i can’t regulate my breathing in an attack. An inhaler is not a controlled substance. I am not a junky looking for pain meds. I have a chronic condition. I explained to two separate nurses that I am running out of my breathing meds and I was told to kick rocks by both of them. I can’t wrap my head around how someone in the position to help and care for people can tell someone who can’t breathe- I’m not helping you.

Complete waste of time. Doctor "prescribed" me non prescription sudafed for a sinus infection Ive had for almost a week, and said antibiotics werent necessary. How is that moron allowed to practice medicine. Then khealth just wanted to argue on the phone about why I didnt need a refund before they finally just gave me my money back. Every other telehealth service Ive used was better than this, its disgusting that theyre scamming the uninsured $35 at a time.

My daughter just used K Health and it was easier, quicker and more affordable than having to go to the doctor's office. Received advice and prescriptions were sent to her local pharmacy and filled in 30 mins.

It takes HOURS to hear back from them after you pay. Then they wouldn't help at all with pain from a tooth extraction because I couldn't physically open my mouth enough to take a pic of the area inside. They just abruptly left chat after I told her I couldn't take a pic. Rude, inconvenient, and a waste of money!

I got charged $35, and then told there was nothing they could do for me. They advised me to go to urgent care or er. Why was I charged for medical advice when I did not get any? This place is a scam and a fraud!
